  We walked into what we thought would be an enjoyable atmosphere, but unfortunately we left feeling completely disappointed and embarrassed. A large, heavy-set waiter with dark hair came to our table. I simply asked if the mango beer had any flavoring or if it was light, and he responded in a rude and condescending way saying, “I don’t understand what you mean.” Even though he was disrespectful, I still remained polite and tried to explain myself. His response again was, “There are many light beers, I still don’t understand what you want.” At that point, I decided not to order it anymore. After that, all 4 of us ordered water, yet not once did he refill any of our drinks. When we first ordered our food, we specifically asked for the sauces on the side, but he either ignored us or pretended not to understand and brought everything covered in sauce. My child’s drink glass was cracked, and when we pointed it out, he said, “It’s not cracked like that,” and expected us to continue using it. That could have been very dangerous for a child. On top of that, every single dish tasted like it had an excessive amount of salt poured onto it. We could barely eat half of our meals. When we mentioned it, he dismissed us by saying, “It’s probably just the sauce making you think that.” Finally, another order we placed arrived completely wrong. Even though we showed him the exact item on the menu, he kept insisting, “This is what you ordered,” while speaking in a mocking tone. Then he walked away without caring at all. I have honestly never experienced service and food quality this bad before. Buffalo Wild Wings used to have a much better standard, even with the people they hired, but unfortunately everything seems to be getting worse now.

  Chickens extremely salty. Got 4 flavors all bad. In front and behind parking lots of homeless come and ask.

  We stopped in for a quick bite during a hectic Saturday of errands. We originally planned to dine in, but shortly after ordering, we realized we were running behind for our next appointment. When we explained the situation to our server, Kiya, she didn’t miss a beat. She coordinated with the kitchen to pivot our order to-go immediately and had everything packed up for us in moments. Thanks to her efficiency and friendly attitude, we made it to our appointment with five minutes to spare—and with full, happy bellies thanks to the delicious boneless tenders. We really wish we could have stayed to enjoy the atmosphere, but we’ll definitely be back. I hope management sees this: Kiya provided top-tier customer service!
