After multiple bad experiences at this location, I feel like customers should be aware of what is going on. Twice I came to this location about 10 minutes before closing specifically for chicken tenders, and both times I was told they “didn’t have any.” I find that extremely frustrating considering chicken tenders are basically the main thing this location sells. Instead, my only option was to order a chicken sandwich with fries. While waiting for my food at the drive-thru window, I happened to look through my rearview mirror and saw something completely unacceptable. A female employee with a shaved head, a hat on, and tattoos on her forearm was standing there eating fries out of my order while bagging my food. She was literally touching and eating my fries with her bare hands before putting them into my bag. When I got home, the fries looked like leftovers from the bottom of the fryer and I could not even bring myself to eat them after what I witnessed. It was disgusting and honestly made me question the cleanliness and food safety practices at this location altogether. The next day I called and spoke with the manager, Jaden. She apologized, said she would address the situation with the employee, and told me to come back for two replacement meals. About five days later, I returned around the same time and once again was told they could not make chicken tenders. I then noticed the exact same employee still working there. The moment I mentioned speaking with Jaden previously, it was obvious she immediately knew who we were and exactly what incident I was referring to. I understand managers cannot always terminate employees immediately, but I was honestly shocked to see someone still handling food after being caught eating directly from a customer’s order. On top of that, they still refused to make the tenders and simply told me to come back another day. I am writing this review because what I witnessed was unsanitary, unprofessional, and unacceptable for any restaurant. Customers should pay attention to their food when receiving orders from this location. I no longer feel comfortable or safe returning to this drive-thru after this experience. I truly hope corporate sees this review and takes the situation seriously by holding both management and the employee accountable for the way this was handled.

Never had Bojangles before, so this is the first time trying it. Got the sandwich and chicken strips with some fries. The sandwich and tenders were good, I'd eat it again. Tasted like fried chicken but I wish there was a spicy option. Crunch was good, seemed like it was cooked fresh... well I hope it was fresh cause a good 15 min wait for fast food isn't fast. They did get the order right, so alls good. Overall, decent fried chicken and would come again. Service could use some work tho.

Went to the new location and it was fire. Had their breakfast chicken biscuit, I would say. Even better than chickfila. Biscuit was nice and flaky with a nice southern flare. The hash browns are different were good too. Steak biscuit was alright. Egg and cheese was really good too! So glad they opened up in dfw!

Tried this place twice, especially on opening day, and I really like. It’s not as good as Popeyes but it’s definitely better than Church’s Chicken, Raising Cane’s, and especially Chick-Fil-A aka the Del Taco of Chicken. The fries are quite interesting since they’re kind of seasoned steak fries, and the chicken tenders are slightly spicy but in a good way where it’s not strong or overpowering. Plus they’re beer battered which is awesome since it’s soft & flakey & kind of buttery. I definitely enjoyed this place and I easily recommend anyone who enjoys fried chicken to check it out. I easily give it a 4.5/5. ^-^

I was really excited to find out a Bojangles was opening close by in the area and was even more excited that they are finally open now. I stop here every morning to get chicken and steak biscuits with coffee and tater tots. The service is always quick and very efficient and the staff is amazing and very friendly. The chicken is so good and it’s seasoned to perfection!
