- JTJaime TorresAug 14, 20261.0Staff was rude and rushing us to order even though we were the only people at the store. She seemed irritated when we asked for samples and didnt even hand it to me but instead gave it to my friend. Will not be going anymore, also the place looks and feels dirty. Sad because I love ben &jerrys but I will stick to buying from the store instead. Seems like they have many complaints similar to mine. So maybe management should do something?
- AJAaron JosephAug 1, 20261.0HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED: Visited this Ben & Jerry’s location on Thursday (07/30/26) at 8:50pm. The store closes at 9pm according to the sign on the door and the google business page. The “OPEN” sign was ON and door unlocked and the female employee behind the counter refused to serve us. Multiple parties walked in after we did and were all turned away, upset. If you’re going to close early at least lock the door and turn off the sign and adjust the store hours. We took our business down the street.

Plus, the total was outrageous. $40 for 2 small shakes and 2 mini scoops of ice cream in a cup. A total of 4 small scoops for $40. Better going to Braums. Don’t waste your time or money like we did on overpriced ice cream.

When I walked in and asked this, the employee on duty replied, “I don’t know.” When I asked if there was a way she could check, she stared at me blankly. I then asked if there was someone else I might be able to talk to who might know, and she said, “Well if it’s not there, we don’t have it.” There was no willingness to check. She was extremely rude. I know Ben & Jerry’s to value customer service, so this was extremely disappointing. ATTN: Management- I don’t know her name, but if you would like to check to see who was on duty during that time, the date is 6/9/26 at 2:30pm at the Preston Rd. location.
