- LCLeah CollinsJun 9, 20261.0Reviewing solely for customer service. I stopped in today on my way home looking to see if there was any red velvet cake ice cream. When I walked in and asked this, the employee on duty replied, “I don’t know.” When I asked if there was a way she could check, she stared at me blankly. I then asked if there was someone else I might be able to talk to who might know, and she said, “Well if it’s not there, we don’t have it.” There was no willingness to check. She was extremely rude. I know Ben & Jerry’s to value customer service, so this was extremely disappointing. ATTN: Management- I don’t know her name, but if you would like to check to see who was on duty during that time, the date is 6/9/26 at 2:30pm at the Preston Rd. location.

He was very personable and kind! I ended up trying Strawberry Cheesecake which was delicious, and my sister got her usual milk and cookies flavor.
