Tried to call the location several times over the next few days to confirm my order and no one answered. Ultimately ordered a cake from another location but this location still charged me despite never receiving confirmation of my order. The phone number listed on their website then changed a few days later which seemed odd. It seems the location just decides when they want to be open.

- LLLife LoveMar 21, 20201.0As I walked in the shop the cashier was walking from the restroom area with his woman. He proceeded to wait for me to order impatiently. As I requested my order he starts to reach for the first cone I wanted but I had to ask him to put gloves on, which personally at a time like this with the virus going around, it should have been common sense to wash his hands then put gloves on, there was also a sink right behind him. Anyone who's had proper food handling training knows this. Another customer walks in. As I'm debating for my second cone flavor he impatiently moves on to ring up the other guy waiting to order, even though the customer insisted him finishing my order first, so I had to wait another 5 mins to finish getting my order rung up. After he prepared an rang up the guys order then answered the phone with the same gloves on he doesnt change his gloves once again, then proceeds to get my second cone. I paid almost $10 to wait nearly 10 mins for 2 small double scoop cones all becuz he couldn't wait to get his money from the other guy. Plus he seemed offended about me asking him to put gloves on. Very bad service in my opinion.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
