  Just went thru the drive thru and ordered the 9 piece steak nuggets. Got home, opened the bag and there was 5 pieces. Wife instantly complained about the fatty and not tender. Tried calling the restaurant back to complain for 30 minutes and no one answered the phone. I guess they're used to providing piss poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and pass them by.

  I had the exact same experience as Mark Nagy apparently a month after his review. This is my local Arby’s and I have been going for years. This time they had portable AC units set up all throughout the store but it was still in the 80s per the temperature display on the AC unit. I stopped here at the end of an 8 hour drive returning from a road trip and took my food to go. When I got home the fries were lukewarm and stale but that honestly happens here so often I didn’t think much of it. Then I unwrapped my sandwich and the bottom bun was soaking wet with “something”. The meat on the bottom was also wet and almost slimy. I tried to smell it and couldn’t tell if it smelled bad but it certainly didn’t smell good. Even though I just spent the entire day in my car I drove back to Arby’s for a refund and to let them know how disgusting the food was. I am shocked that someone had this exact same experience and that this problem apparently has been going on for a month. The food I was served was more than an inconvenience, it was potentially a safety issue. And the staff shouldn’t be working in 85 degree temps.

  This Arby's the AC has been out for at least a week. Please owner of this franchise repair your restaurants AC. I went back to Arby's on August 10th, 2026 for the 4 to $10 deal. STILL NO AC FIXED. Is it fixed now?
