  United is and has been a staple of this community for so long they pride themselves on respect as well as helping the elderly just an overall sense of community however today we went in to purchase a few items for whatever reason they have a door that is malfunctioned there's a sign on it to force it open today we went through it I was already feeling sick as I just got out of gallbladder surgery less then a week ago I'm not supposed to have to exert myself to any point I'm not even supposed to lift anything over 5 lb but yet I was forced to open the door then when we get inside we have a older woman by the name of Lisa who decides that it is her place and her job to tell me to go close the door I then replied I'm not your repairman I'm here to shop I found her comment to be extremely disrespectful if you feel the need to say something like that to a customer then you should have felt the need to go and close the door yourself as you're the hired worker not me as you do not know what I am going through on a personal basis such as my surgery restrictions meanwhile we have the manager Nancy standing right beside her Nancy claims that she didn't hear her get disrespectful when the fact is she said clear as day she heard me say I'm not your repair man I'm here to shop the disrespect lyes with the fact she told someone to go close a door that they should have to either lock it completely closing the right store side or at least have an employee there opening and closing an automatic door but the real question is why after all the money spent in United can't they get it fixed period and employees shouldn't be talking to customers like their a kid who didn't close the door it's not my responsibility that your doors aren't working properly. Former complaint filed with corporate immediate action is being taken.

  Tried cashing in a check! typed my SSN wrong of course the check got declined the employee did not let me re type SSN! Disregarded me and went on with her day. Amigos actually helps you unlike united supermarket on Olton road.

  Don’t go to the hot deli location.Black shirt staff was rude and kept rushing to the back to be on her cell phone.Ignored me 3 times Couldn’t get her name because she had her tag on backwards on purpose. Apparently, this hasn’t been the first complaint about her. Save the trip and go to Amigos, Their food is done on time and early, And staff is nice and professional!

  Deli is almost always bare, no deli foods at all, when asked if I could get some chicken they said sorry this is all we have, and instead of offering to drop more chicken they just offered me some burritos and some disgusting looking green beans
