  This Arby's used to be real good but it's not anymore. Today when I pulled up, there was a sign on the drive-thru menu saying that they're closed because their system was down. But as I drove by somebody greeted me. So I went back and asked. Yes they're open. They said they just put that on there because their system's been up and down. I feel like a better sign. Would have been something anything other than CLOSED. I waited another couple 3 minutes to make my order AFTER the person inside had already explained this to me. My order was incorrect. I asked for the potato cakes to be substituted with macaroni and cheese. We went over it more than once and at one point I said I want to substitute mac and cheese for potato cakes. I don't want potato cakes. I want mac and cheese. I got potato cakes. The sandwich was dry and most of the cheese was melted onto the paper. The bread had been microwaved so it was tough! The meat was just lacking. I'm not sure why... Was it dry, maybe? Old? I actually only went to Arby's to get a drink. I used to love French Dips but now they're just some crappy old meat on some old bread with allegedly Swiss that's only on the edges. So, I don't think I'll be going back to Arby's from now on. It has been a slow, steady decline and $12 for inedible bread, lukewarm everything is just not it for me. I don't trust that the meal is being put together correctly. I don't trust even that this food is at the right temperature. You can't drive off until you've looked in the bag because you can't trust the employees to get it right. I did give them two stars instead of one because I feel like maybe the employees are not trained or something. I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. So that one extra star is actually just a representation of my hope for humanity 😕 Quite frankly, any of these little places just off of the highway, you should avoid. There's a Toot n Totem just up the road, with a hot bar and even when the hot bar isn't open, there's still better options than what you're going to find at this particular Arby's. Super disappointing.

  I placed an online order three hours ahead of the scheduled pickup time. Once I arrived to pick up the order, the workers at this location claimed that it had no online orders. I even showed the employee my online order and receipt. However, he refused to assist me. It appears that something is wrong with the employees that work at this particular location or the location’s computer system and database. I had to file a claim with my bank for the non-receipt of products or service. This is the first time that I have had such an experience with placing and pricking up an online order. I would not recommend dining at and ordering products from this particular Arby’s location.

  Would give 0 stars if that was an option. "Management" is completely unprofessional. Cancelled my order before they made it and they're still refusing to refund me my money. Absolutely will NEVER return to this location. Do better
