  WORST vanilla shake I have ever had in my life. I actually had to go get another one from McDonalds just across the street. Remember when Sonic was the bomb? So sad.😞

  Horrible experience every time. I currently sitting in the drive thru and I only ordered two medium cherry limeades and I’m at the front of the line and it’s not busy and I’ve been waiting for more than 15 minutes and i still haven’t received my order

  My family and I came in today around 9, ordered in stall three, the speaker screeched in our ears as the workers responded to us. No biggie, malfunctions happen. After sitting for 20 minutes for our food- mind you, we’re the only ones here, the teens inside are just laughing, the young manager seems to be more interested with the person in the white Malibu two stalls down from us based off of her kissing them, and we’ve yet to receive our food, the boy who took our order comes out asking if we were waiting on anything. BE SO FOR REAL! We are still the only people here! We try our best to be understanding but, after the day we’ve had, we can’t help but feel like they’re playing in our face. ESPECIALLY when we get home and realize they made our orders wrong. $7 chicken sandwich, no modifications asked for, this is what we got. Do better.

  I ordered 1 drink and it took 25 minutes total to come out. The screen said on its way but didn't come for another 10 minutes. What's the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait forever!!
