  Had the McRib, I think they misplaced our order. I had to go up to counter and ask about our food.

  I’ve been going to this McDonalds since they opened. I’ve been there for them, #1 supporter. Everyone is so nice and polite every time I go. Once you go through the drive through they normally have you pull up to the open spots in the front and wait for your food. Which I’ve never had an issue with. Now, I am a firm believer in checking your order before leaving the parking lot, I do it EVERYWHERE I go. Except here.. you know why? Bc I trusted them, they never failed me, never missed a fry, never a stray nugget, always exactly what I ordered down to the sauces. Tonight, my trust was betrayed. I ordered a 20pc nugget, basket of fries, 10pc nug, large fry, and two large cokes. And what happens when I get home???? I have a small fry! What kind of criminal orders a 10pc with a small fry??? Im hurt more than anything. Im giving a 3 star bc everyone makes mistakes, but I never thought they would do this to me. McDonald’s

  This is the worst run McDonald's I have ever been to! Service sucks and food takes forever to come out. Can someone please get some management in this place????

  Took 25 minutes to get the breakfast. That asked gor my receipt and still missing items on the order and pancakes were cold. Horrible experience. Go somewhere else.

  Good luck getting your drive through order within a few minutes. If they ask you to pull around to the mobile order spots, just go ahead and ask for a refund because you're going to wait about 15 minutes. When you pull in and see every mobile order spot taken, just know that those are drive through customers waiting on their orders.
