  Almost every visit terrible customer @ second window . Wouldn’t bother trying to get an ice coffee right here either, even with order ahead.

  Supposed to be open and no one wouldn’t respond in the drive-through. Drove by and people are in there, but still would not respond.

  , I am submitting a formal complaint regarding a manager named Brian. I visited your restaurant and politely asked to confirm that my order was correct. Instead of helping me, Brian became aggressive, raised his voice, and spoke to me in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. His behavior was completely unacceptable, especially for someone in a management position. As a paying customer, I should not be treated this way for asking a simple question about my order. Brian’s conduct made me feel unwelcome and disrespected, and it reflected very poorly on your restaurant. I expect this matter to be investigated thoroughly and appropriate action to be taken. No customer should have to experience this kind of treatment from a manager. Thank you. McDonald

  Bad service by the night employees the woman in the cashier looked like the manager with her bitter carrot as if one was going to ask her for a gift and the young man who attended my order very bad attention I made a purchase of 40 dollars and they delivered it to me in parts they were stealing my order and they told me to move to the next window and my order was not complete owners of Magdonal or managers talk to their employees customer service comes first.
