  They always steal money here. I have been charge for food and only to get home and realize my order is short. No one takes accountability here and even with a app to order they still manage to mess up every single time, not once not twice but always and the so called manager is clueless

  Didn't receive 4 burgers in my order not just 1 but 4 how does did happen I don't have to check my bag before leaving if there getting payed to do my order right

  Rule number one, you don’t give the Customer less than what he paid for. We ordered a 20 piece bundle with a basket of fries and a large Diet Coke and ordered two different sauces with the 20 piece nuggets. The first window they give us a Diet Coke, a large, that has 1 inch of empty space at the top of the cup. I inquire about this and the snotty attendant says sorry that’s the way it is. Our machine is not calibrated correctly. I said well why don’t you do it manually? He said we can’t. I said why don’t you fill up a side cup of Diet Coke and then manually pour it in to give the customer a full amount he said we can’t. I said OK. Then went to the Next window and got our bag of food and drove away and of course there was no sauces in it whatsoever my mistake. We didn’t check but shame on them they should’ve checked. Not normal McDonald’s service, so I guess we will stop going to this one.

  There was a kind gentleman at the window. I ask for his name and it was "Charlie" he apologized even when I ordered something small. He said to me why my simple order was going to take some time and I appreciate that. He even said to me some that other stores don't say. And I hope it reflects on him. "Take care and stay safe" I would definitely come back just because of him. :)))

  The guy at the first window I gave my payment to this morning was the only kind and sweet person there this morning. I went to the second window and their were 2 women talking to each other. One of them looked like she was a shift supervispor and her and the girl at the window were just talkong away about something that was happening "out the front window this morning." I dont care if people are talking even if im at the window, it was the fact that they they couldnt pause for a second to greet me, look at me, or anything. They just looked at each other kept talking looked down at the bag, grabbed it, didnt look at me and blindly handed it out the window shoving it into me. The girl did the same with my drink. Seriously ridicous that 2, 40 or 50 something year old women cant pause their conversation long enough to hand a customer their food. So glad I didnt order hot coffee or the girl probably would have spilt it all over me as she shoved everything into my arm.
