    the employees and manager are to busy having a "giggle fest" to assist customers who have been standing at the counter for 2 minutes... the only one who noticed I was there was the lady in the drive thru. After she finished with the car she was handling she came over took my order and even made about 75% of it before the manager even looked up to see if I was helped... hey manager if you don't want to work in fast food as a 40+ person.... get a better job and leave fast food to the kids in school

    We were in line for 20 minutes only to be told that the ice-cream was out. The information on line says the store is open until 11:00 on Saturday night, but the doors were locked at 9:00 and lights in the parking lot were turned off at 9:30. This is the second time we have been told that they were out of ice-cream. The first time was early in the middle of the afternoon. After seeing the reviews I'm surprised that this location is still in business. We have been shopping at this location for years and are very disappointed in what is going on.

    I’m reading all of these bad reviews, but what has management done to fix this? My second time coming to this DQ. The first time was before the remodel. I waited over an hour for our food. I would’ve just left but I paid for it already. Today, it took a long time as well. A drive thru is meant to be quick! Very disappointed.

    Went for the first time tonight. Drive through line was taking a while. I was given my drink, and shake, I had an ice cream on the way, and they didn’t offer a drink carrier. When I was given the ice cream it was sloppy, wasn’t turned upside down, the girls finger was in it. There were three girls standing there touching their hair, phones, and drinks from an outside place. When I made the complaint about the ice cream I was told “we make a lot of ice cream. I told them I know what you do. I have worked fast food a lot. They started at me. Please fix health violations. Girls did not have hairnets, wear gloves while preparing ice cream, having painted nails, or false nails with not gloves. Not washing hands after touching hair, phone, or drink from other business. I will not be back.

    Was not greeted at the drive thru, just waited a couple minutes and finally heard a "whenever you're ready" from someone who clearly did not want to be at work today. It took almost 10 minutes to get my bag of loose food, but it was piping hot and well made. Whoever was cooking today was on point, but the young lady at the window needs a day off.
