  Good wings and service were good, it does take a while to get the wings but the order was right! Not all the locations get your order right but here they did!

  Very disappointing experience. I placed my order around 10:00 AM for a scheduled 11:30 AM pickup, giving the restaurant about an hour and a half to prepare it. By 11:22 AM, the order still hadn’t even been started according to the order tracker. I specifically scheduled the pickup ahead of time so I wouldn’t have to wait, so there’s really no excuse for waiting until the last minute to prepare an order that was placed that far in advance. I ended up not even wanting the food anymore and requested a refund. Definitely not the experience I expected from Wingstop.

  Si el pedido debe de ir en 2 bolsas o más deberían de ponerlas juntas o por lo menos poner un aviso que son 2 bolsas para que el driver no olvide una bolsa y la orden llegue completa!!, Como es eso de que DoorDash tiene números de teléfonos de Milwaukee si estamos en Texas?? Y no contestan para resolver las equivocaciones rápido!!

  On 8/3/26 at approximately 11:38pm I picked up my online order. While checking my order I realized the Original Hot Sauce I ordered was less than half full. I walk over to the cashier Dana to please ask if I may be topped off, as I’m getting her attention I notice she was about to sit down to eat food (I didn’t mean to bother her she was the person who I interacted with so I assumed she could help) her response was a scoff and an eyeroll, then she aggressively informed me that she couldn’t top it off and that half the ramekin was the normal portion and that I can pay again if I wanted another. She smiled in satisfaction of her response after I explained to her that it’s half empty and that’s not how I usually received it. Well, I wasn’t satisfied with that response, so I politely asked Jose(on duty chef) and he kindly rectified the situation. It blows my mind how a wonderful and hardworking person like Jose is working until the end of his shift but Dana can eat her dinner on the clock. A little kindness makes all the difference to a stranger. In a world full of Dana’s, be a Jose.

  I've never had a bad experience here. Perfectly fine Wingstop. The food is also always done perfect. The only issue (if you can call it that) is the music. Oh my god, I cannot stand the awful Modern Pop "music" that blares SUPER loud every day. Please either turn it down or put something else on. Anything else would be better than what you subject people to. It's so bad that I literally get my food and eat in my car because I cannot stand the music. And you can't tune it out either. It's so loud that you're forced to listen to it. It's just the worst possible thing that any human can be forced to listen to. Somebody fix that. Besides that, good location 👍
