    Pushed red button twice, waited each time for 7 to 10 mins. No offer of service no acknowledgement. It was 3 pm they were not busy and there appeared to be ample staff. I sure wanted a cherry lime aid, but drove to McDonald's instead

    They charged my card said it didn't go through so my hubby payed in cash. He still got charged on his card and they said it would be returned in 7 business days. It's been over a month and we never got our refund.
