  Absolutely the worst McDonald's in th RGV. Any order modifications will not be fulfilled. It took them over 15 MINUTES for a medium fry on curbside order. I had to get down and go in inside to get my order which looked to be ready and on the corner for 10 mins since the fries were cold. Did not ask for them to be remade because they would most likely burn the place. These employees should work at SpaceX due this job being more complex compared to lauching rockets into space.

  Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Customer service is awful. Food took forever. They got my drinks wrong. & the food made me sick. And why is it not 24/7?

  Is a shame that mcdonald’s having good burgers now are so slow to prepare it takes at least from 25-30 min to receive the order. the app says order is ready and is not true. when I place the order in the app I try to make time but the food is never ready specially at night. Customers are very patient with store being so slow.

  8-5-2026 WAITED FOR 35 mins for my order in spot #2 and my order never came out, Went inside and confronted them and the girl tells me that they had already gave me the order, WHICH THEY NEVER DID SO WAITED MORE TIME FOR THEM TO MAKE ME MY ORDER AGAIN!!!!

  This has got to be the worst McDonald’s ever waited 45 min for a happy meal then went inside and was waiting at the pick up counter to speak some one and multiple people are in the back joking and laughing and some one walks in the front door goes up the the front counter and they help them and was I stated that I been waiting 45 min in the pick up area then standing in front of the counter for 10 min she smacked her lips and then started taking the other person order. This has been an issue waiting for 45 min for even a basket of fries ………… mind you no one was in drive thru and only 2 people in the building also waiting over 30 min and when I asked to speak to the manager it ended up being the same an lady who smacked her lips and ignored me
