  --- I placed an online order for drive-thru pickup, but upon arrival I was asked to park and wait an excessive amount of time. I attempted to call the location for an update, but the phone line goes directly to a message stating that no mailbox has been set up. During this time, staff appeared unresponsive and inattentive, walking around without addressing waiting customers. Several customers, including myself, had to get out of their vehicles to ask about their orders in order to receive any assistance. Additionally, stray dogs roaming freely around the premises are creating safety concerns and contributing to traffic flow issues. I have now been waiting over 12 minutes with no communication, no updates, and no staff member attempting to check in or acknowledge the delay. This level of service is unacceptable and needs immediate improvement.

  If i could give no stars i would . The employee says they are understaffed and they are all laughing and walking around not doing anything . Was waiting for more than 30 minutes for the food i ordered online. & the girls have the audacity to have an attitude rude as hell. Ridiculous.
