  Really don't expect quick service at any point. Employees and Managers will both make eye contact with you and completely ignore you. You'd save time driving to Ridge and getting your food there than wait here. Owner could care less about what goes on that their store.

  Believe the reviews! Placed an order at 9:06am and after 20 min wait the order is not ready. I am not the only person waiting. There are about 10 costumers also waiting on their food. Take your business somewhere else.

  Very bad service i paid my order and then told me to park in a number and they never got my food out i enter and they didn’t know my order they i told them and they give me the wrong food

  You know I like leaving good reviews, but when someone walks away from you when your speaking to them. That really grinds my gears. I asked for refill she asked me to throw away my original lard fountain drink. Which was fine, but when she returned to give me my drink it was a small. I tried to speak to her and she just rolled her eyes and walked away. I will not be dining here anymore.

  Horrible service at S Jackson location in regards to time to get your food. I always order on the app to avoid the waiting. I still have to wait 20 or more for my order after order had been placed on the app. The whole reason to order on the app ahead is to avoid the waiting. This is all the time. Not sure if the managers monitor the time or not of if they have a manager on site. This is all the time.
