    Sometimes I stand in like for 3 minutes and employees just look at you and walk away. The manager is the same way. Right now someone was waiting in line and she was by the registers on her phone. She didn’t try calling an employee to help the customer or anything

    I waited almost 10 minutes for ONE quarter pounder with cheese...nothing else. It happened at 3:15 pm. UNACCEPTABLE!

    Horrible service, definitely needs supervisor with employees at all times , chatting around take forever to deliver food , horrible attitudes and did not want to take my order number to check to see if if place my order in the right location , which I did but was making it seem like I was wrong and I placed order in wrong location

    We recently had one of the absolute worst experiences with this “team”. They made fun of a customer for asking her wrap to be toasted. Laughing in front of her to her face and then getting the order wrong. When we went to ask for the coffee to be made correctly they were still laughing in the back and had an attitude when asked to make it correctly. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    So I place an online order NG82 for a total of $13.51 ti pick up through the drive-thru. When I get there, they lose my order. I Give them the code, show them the receipt they sent me, and showed them the transaction in my banking app. They did not get me my order! I was told the money would be refunded in about 3 days! They refused to simply place my order. 'It happens sometimes' is all the manager could tell me. Unbelievable! With what they're starting to charge for their food, I don't think they can afford to do thus to paying customers.
