  They have many employees standing around, but no one to assist. They sent us to a bowling lane that was dirty with left over food and spilled drinks. Then there was no one to service laser tag . We were the only in line and employees would walk by and not help. There are many games that are not working, taking the credits and no one around to help. We had to go more than ten times to the costumer service counter for help. The facility and good were great, but we left deflated and frustrated fue to the worst costumer service.

  So this place is fun I use to come here all the time but it changed a lot over the years it is really hot I feel like there isn't any air conditioning I was sweating that's cause I had shorts too with a regurlar T shirt the employees are very non caring or attend to service for people my family had empty cups for awhile and only had one refill before we had to leave the table then what was the worse part there was a employee in the family restroom my son needed a diaper change and babies or kids being in a dirty diaper for longer than 20 minutes is just bad that employee was in there for like 30 minutes or so I was so upset cause he could've had a bad rash due to a dirty diaper and we had to wait for a damn employee like come on we of course complained about it to the other employees they seemed to not care and kinda just laughed all the employees seem like kids who don't care at all the reason why I gave a low rating on the food cause it had a hair in it I don't know if they even use hairnets or if the employees who brought it probably was her hair but if they taking the food they should have hairnets too just in case something like that happens the male restroom is super dirty and smells like pee even in the hallways I'm not a female so I don't know how the female restroom is but it's probably bad too and the family restroom smells like poop but probably cause of the diapers I'm not sure if it is and one of there games I think it was dodge ball the balls were sticky and dirty I had to wash my hands I just wanted to enjoy the games and alot of different games that had balls were either stuck or missing not the best place it use to be back then I hope they change for the better in the future but from my experience yesterday it was pretty bad

  The service is not as good as I thought, the server at the bar would not come to get our order. She could hear the other people calling out but wouldn’t do it to us, I think a server should be equal and go to all people, not a specific location. She kept ignoring us when we would call her out to order, she was a curvy and had a light brown ponytail.

  Lady with brown ponytail and curvy would not take our order she would hear us and ignore us, our friend who has a special diseases and can only eat certain food was hungry and she could not eat pizza very bad.

  good clean and inexpensive. very fun for the kiddos and I didn't have alot of money and I'm glad everything was at a good price. wings were delish!! Definitely taking the kiddos for the summer break 😌 🤗
