The cashier was not clear about the packages, and I ended up paying over $111 for three cards and an unnecessary laser‑tag upgrade that my kids couldn’t even use due to the height requirement. The food was the worst part — extremely poor quality. Our waiter, Jairo, was understanding and the manager, Nathan, did remove one item and gave my kids 30‑minute game cards, which I appreciated. Not only did I break a few machines while playing unfortunately and they were so nice about fixing. The manager name Oscar was so nice and kind to my family and so understanding, he made the experience so much better. My family isn’t going to forgot this day for a long time. My kids got to bowl and our waiters Jacob was very polite and did a great job. This honestly has made my husband‘s birthday Amazing. Thank you 😊
