During my visit, Fatima’s conduct on the sales floor was unacceptable and lacked basic professionalism and leadership. Her poor communication skills and unprofessional behavior made for a deeply negative shopping experience—one that does not reflect the high standards of customer service I typically expect from H-E-B. As a loyal customer, it is disappointing to see a leadership role handled so poorly. Effective management requires strong communication and character, both of which were completely absent during this encounter. I hope store leadership reviews this situation and provides the necessary retraining, as experiences like this make it difficult to continue supporting this store.
- MCMae ChanasJul 19, 20262.0I always had good experience with curbside but lately the app has been saying my non alcoholic wine is out of stock when it is full in stock I know sometimes it is out but lately it’s been in stock and yesterday I ordered it and later said it was out of stock.. I sent my husband to go look and it was FULL in stock and that’s both RED AND BLACK Stella Rosa Nonalcoholic Wine :/ I am really bummed out cause now I feel like I can’t trust them if they are telling the truth.. And being a mom of two, sometimes it is a handful to take the kids down so curbside has always been convenient and no hassle with lines I am really disappointed
