I’m not a big fan of the new kiosk though…its impersonal and I received the wrong order once and went home with it. I frequent the Flaming Bird and this has never happened with a human. I may add that the staff at the FB is always courteous and welcoming. Hello kiosks… goodbye hospitality.

I placed an order and called for an update like 15 minutes later and were not even aware of it. They then had it for me within 5 minutes but super inconvenient. It’s inside of HEB so they don’t take it to your car either.
