It's always so dirty in here. Tables and chairs are always disgusting and never cleaned not even a wipe down. The floor is not swept. There should be constant rounds of cleaning for all employees. The Cleanliness is PRIORITY for food service!!! To many employees standing around not doing anything.
I had to address the issue here inside and the employee said they do it every 15min except during lunch time since its peak hours. Which is not true cause I was sitting there for 30min and nobody was cleaning. The employee I asked got the manager and she apologized for it. It shouldn't take for someone to complain on cleanliness. I did ask if anyone cared how clean it was here cause it doesn't look like it, again it should be priority for food service.

I visited around 2:00 PM and was very disappointed with the overall condition of the restaurant. The dining area felt stuffy / hot, and l every table I saw was dirty with food crumbs. Had to clean it myself.
The floors looked like they had not been mopped in quite some time, and the glass throughout the restaurant was visibly filthy.
The beverage station was also in poor condition. There were soda spills dripping down the machine area, and the counters felt sticky and unclean. The entire restaurant gave the impression that cleanliness was not a priority.
The customer service was not much better. Several employees seemed to have an attitude and did not appear interested in providing a positive experience.
As for the food, it was below the standard I normally expect from Chipotle. The chips tasted stale, the rice looked dry, and I watched an employee scrape the bottom of the container to serve what appeared to be the last remaining rice. The food did not look fresh.
Spending nearly $40 for this experience was frustrating. I have visited fast-food restaurants ( IE Taco Bell) that were cleaner, more affordable, and staffed by friendlier employees. I expect much better from Chipotle and hope management addresses both the cleanliness and food quality issues at this location.

The biggest problem was the service. Several staff members seemed unsure of what they were doing. I was charged incorrectly, and when I ordered a quesadilla meal, no one asked me about the sides that come with it. The entire ordering process felt disorganized and confusing.
Overall, the food was okay, but the poor customer service, lack of organization, dirty environment, and unprofessional management left a negative impression. I hope improvements are made in both cleanliness and customer service.

We visited the Pharr location around 3 PM on Saturday. Since we were ordering takeout, we were willing to overlook the less-than-clean dining room.
I ordered a steak bowl and asked for extra lettuce (I was willing to pay extra). Before adding the lettuce, the employee reached into his pocket with his gloved hand, pulled out his cell phone, looked at it, dismissed a notification with his other gloved hand, put the phone away, and then used the same glove that touched his phone to grab a handful of lettuce and put it in my bowl.
I was shooketh and TOO stunned to speak.
Not wanting to make a scene, I discretely told the cashier that I didn't want THAT bowl and asked for a new one to be made. Instead of apologizing, she told me I'd have to pay for the protein in the YUCKY bowl and my new bowl. The employee who assembled the bowl heard what was happening and said, "I just pressed one button."
I explained that using food-prep gloves to handle a cell phone and then touch food is CRAZY and unsanitary. Neither employee seemed concerned, and no apology was offered, so we left without any food.
Takeaways: We'll be avoiding this Chipotle location, we won't be ordering through the app, and will be paying much closer attention to food preparation at other locations.
I really do love chipotle and it’s food but man this location SUCKS. Every time I order to go here, the portion of the food keep getting smaller and smaller (mostly the protein). Like for example, I’ll order a kids chicken quesadilla but it’s mostly just cheese and 4 pieces of chicken which is CRAZY. Or when I’m in the mood for the bowl, it’s 99% rice and 1% protein. For the prices we pay, I find this superrrr insane. It’s unfortunate because I live close to this location compared to the others here in the valley, but this one on Jackson AND the one in palms crossing in my opinion, SUCK. I have to travel around 30 mins just to go to the other chipotle locations in Trenton/Edinburg because at least there the food is fresh, decent portions, and plus ….. ITS CLEAN.
