  My experience was unsatisfied. Two employees were chit chatting meanwhile only one person at the food prep station and she seemed annoyed. Only one grill person. There were no bowls and plates available. We were aware until in-front of the line. There was no fresh refreshments available like lemonade.

  I came in because I was craving chiptole I had tried it before from the another location. I walk in employees had an attitude, the portions were small, food tasted stale and it was overpriced 16 dollars for a bowl and no drink or chips at the other locations I spent 27 for 2 bowls, 2 drinks, and chips

  SUCKS!!!!! SERIOUSLY GAVE OUT MY FOOD TO A COMPLETE STRANGER AND WHEN I BROUGHT I EXPLAINED THAT I WAS HERE FOR MY ORDER ALL THRY SAID WAS THAT THEY COULDNT REMAKE IT! SO I SPENT ALMOST 50 FOR NOTHING!

  The girl that helped me do my bowl had a terrible attitude … she even seemed forced to be there .. she was extremely rude and dismissive .. it was my second time there and she kind of expected me to know how everything worked .. won’t go back to that one ..

  I've never seen the guy with the stubble and great eyebrows wash his hands between glove changes. And when he puts gloves on, he often is walking around with his hands on his hips anyway, so I'm not sure what the point of them even are. I like the food :)
