  3 staff standing around and decided not to take my order and sent me to wait for service. Decided not to wait and Starbucks just got a customer back!

  Ordered a Chai latte on ice with light ice and non fat milk. The server repeated back exactly what I ordered. She had it correct. I DO NOT drink coffee of any kind and to have coffee in my Chai this morning was not ideal. I know for sure I did not order a dirty chai. Disappointing!!

  Everytime I go here they ALWAYS always make my drink wrong . I have no idea how hard it is to make a small iced blondie with an xtra shot & xtra ice. . Everytime I come to this location they always make it wrong . It’s either watered down and milky or too sweet like ?? I think they also add dub shotSometimes it doesn’t even taste like they added the extra shot . And I always get so mad because I always tip & I tip for what ? To get my drink that doesn’t taste good 🙂‍↕️ it’s just very inconsistent. I’m not sure if it’s because you guys hiring new people or what but you guys need to do a better job on teaching/training them.
