  Now I don't even know where to start. The service was rude and they couldn't even get my online order right. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with EXTRA pickles and I ONLY got ONE!! The audacity. With the long day I have had and its only 1 I was GREATLY looking forward to enjoying mt Sandwich. I was in a good mood going in tbh, and really liked the new shirts. How long they have been using it, as previously mentioned it's been a long time. The employee didn't even bother to acknowledge my comment he looked bothered by me or it could also be HE was busy with no help whatsoever from the rest of the team. Overall worst experience at Whataburger, but from what I have heard this is the norm now. No one cares about anything but the money and I will unfortunately keep going for the food only. Forgot about this disgraceful piece of lettuce smh

  Poor customer service tonight at Whataburger. I Hate it when I’m nice & the girl at the window has an attitude about a job she Picked:( As I pick up my online order I mentioned to the girl at the window there is not a jalapeño ranch in my bag. Her response “There should be one the bag” well yes there should be but there is not one in my bag. I get home to see my TEXAS toast is not in my 3 piece chicken strip meal! Ok whataburger you know TEXAS toast goes in every chicken meal!!!! A car almost backed into another car while I was there. I will give a S/O to Marci!! She’s always holding down her position taking orders and collecting payments! 👏🏼

  This place is terrible I had to order the same thing 3 times just for them to get it right I already called HR to report the terrible experience

  Lady helped me and just got coupons in for a free honey butter biscuit got to test out coupon. Had a great dine in experience definitely will return if in area the lady manager was fantastic.
