  I ordered myself and my daughter dinner since we havent eaten today. I used the app to order. I ordered a double meat cheeseburger meal, with onion rings and a coke with lime and coconut for myself. When I got home I noticed my burger was flat. It only had one meat and it was not freshly made, it was hard and old. There was so much mustard, the only thing i could taste is mustard. My onion rings were so hard they couldn't even be chewed. My drink was a coke with just a bunch of lime syrup in it. There so was much it was all I could taste. I visit this location often since its the one closest to us, but I generally go in the mornings. Being 9 months pregnant and this was all I wanted and this is what i received, I probably wont come back. I spent $20 and now i regret not going to the other location further down the road. Im not sure whats going on with the evening shift but this is unacceptable. You can't even contact sonic online or in the app.

  Sat here for 40 mins waiting on my order never again they up charged me for a kids meal and the lady inside has a huge additude problem.every car there was waiting 40 plus minutes that is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

  Have been waiting over 30 minutes for one soda. Lazy workers without no sense of urgency, it should never take this long to come out with a limeade!

  This is the worst sonic I have ever been to and it is CONSISTENTLY bad. More than half of their PoS systems don't work outside on the right side, they regularly mess up orders, and it does not matter what time of day your go or what you order, it takes literally at least ten minutes. A burger combo? 15 minutes. Three Route 44 sodas? 10 minutes. Yesterday: two small blasts? 18 minutes, even with only one other customer there (and they got the order wrong, of course) Any comment or complaint about the time or broken payment system they just go "haha yeah I don't know why it's broken." I'm not mad at the individual employees but come on, how is every other sonic an entire order of magnitude better than this one? I mean seriously, who reviews a SONIC? It's a Sonic. No one cares. They're all Sonic... and then there's this one. It's so bad I'm leaving a review... for Sonic.

  Always wait 15 min when you order on the app the slushes and drinks are watered down. Their employees were standing outside versus taking out orders. This happens every time we’ve gone and only ordered drinks 🤷🏽‍♂️
