  WORST SERVICE! Every time that I order from this place they are always missing something.....ALL THE TIME! And then I have to wait for ever. There is a reason why I place an order, so I don't have to wait and expect my order to be correct. NEVER AGAIN! Little Ceasars Pizza from now on.... I need have issues with them and way,way cheaper!!

  The Pflugerville location is horrible. The food is good but to pay for condiments and not receive them is becoming a norm for this location. To call to try to have the issue resolved proves to be impossible. Transferred from the call center twice only to be left on hold for well over 30 mins between 2 calls. This is horrible customer service. I would reconsider ordering from this location. Total order $50.40, a shame to say the least.

  Try calling the store spent 15 mins on hold to be connected to a 3 world call center then had to get transfer to the store then on hold for another 10 mins! Then get transferred back to the call center cause the store can’t place the order only the freaking call center can do it

  I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and the girl that took my order was really rude. I asked her can I please get what I got last time and I said can you please look it up in the system. She seemed like she had an attitude. She said no I can’t do that. I didn’t even know that the pizza was at my house because no one knocked on the door they just left it outside and I will missing my drink.

  I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience. Our order was messed up, and on top of that, the pizza arrived cold. I tried calling the store to get help, I was left waiting on hold for a long time, only to never get a proper resolution. The most frustrating part is that this is not a one-time issue. We order almost every Friday, and something seems to go wrong nearly every time. We continue giving this location another chance because my kids love the cheese in the crust, but the repeated mistakes, cold food, and poor customer service have become extremely disappointing. As regular customers, we expected much better treatment and consistency. After this experience and the lack of effort to resolve the issue, we have decided we will no longer be ordering from this location again.
