  Management needs to properly train their staff on customer service, basic professionalism, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines regarding service animals. My girlfriend had only ever been through the HTeaO drive-thru before, so this was our first time actually walking into a location. Because of that, we weren't even looking for a sign and genuinely missed the "no pets" notice on the door. We walked in with our service Yorkie, grabbed a gallon of tea, and I already had my cup filled with ice and was getting our drinks ready when an employee suddenly started yelling at us across a crowded room. When I informed him that the dog was a service animal, he completely refused to listen to me or respect the law. Instead, he aggressively shouted that my girlfriend had to leave. As I turned around to look at her and tried to put my things down to help grab the items from her hands, he aggressively yelled at us again, shouting, "like NOW!" The lack of respect and the sheer volume at which this employee chose to publicly humiliate us over an honest mistake was shocking, especially in front of a lobby full of people. Even if there was a misunderstanding about the sign on the door, he should have at least been kind and approached us like human beings. To make matters worse, as we left everything on the counter and were walking out, he started talking under his breath at us. When I turned and asked him what he said, he snapped, “Nothing, LEAVE!” There is a way to communicate politely with customers, but we were treated like garbage by a completely hostile employee. Genuinely awful experience.

  Every tea tastes the same.. like peach. If you’re a peach lover, cool. The strawberry doesn’t even taste like strawberry, it’s peach.

  First time trying this place & the lady running the drive thru was very nice and recommended me a drink— It was good! I will definitely be back soon. 😉

  Impressed with the variety of teas. Fun to experiment with combinations. Lots of food/snacks to grab to have with your tea.
