I live very close to this location, and one day I stopped in to pick up a few things, thinking I could easily walk home. However, I ended up buying much more than I planned and quickly realized I had a lot to carry. As I was walking home, near one of the traffic lights, Virginia from the bakery happened to notice me while she was driving. She pulled over and kindly offered me a ride home. She shared with me that there was a time when she didn’t have a car herself, and her kindness truly touched my heart. She helped me on a day when I didn’t realize how much I had bought and saved me from a long, tiring walk carrying heavy bags. This happened last year in July, and I still haven’t forgotten that moment. It really stayed with me and reminded me how small acts of kindness can make such a big difference. Thank you, Virginia, for your kindness and generosity. What you did for me that day meant so much, and I truly appreciate you. H-E-B is lucky to have someone as caring as you on their team.

- JLJack LMay 2, 20265.0Amanda at the bakery is amazing! She’s always so attentive to the counter and anytime me and my wife go to the bakery she’s the first one to ask us if we need anything. Me and my wife came there late in the afternoon a few days back and I was really craving chocolate cake, it looked like they were getting ready to close up and they had none left on display but Amanda came to help us and left to grab me an extra piece of cake from the back. I hope management sees this because you need to give that woman a raise! She works hard.
