- KKKelsey Kendrick5 days ago1.0I love HEB. I've been shopping at HEB for 18 years and never had a negative experience until this store. The self checkout cashier tonight (10/24/26, a little after 8 pm) was very rude to my children and me. We were clearly an inconvenience and bother to her when we needed her assistance because of a weight reading error that occured twice. This was my first time shopping this location and I will very likely not come back. I'll go out of my way to go to the new Pflugerville location or the Hutto store.

HEB is a Texas institution and to see everything they offer at this location was mind-blowing! I was not used to the size, but I found where everything was and got to explore to some great tunes! I placed my order between 7 am and 7:30 am said my order was complete before 7 I get here before 7 am to pick up then it says curbside doesn't open until 7. Does not say that on your website or on my order. Also I was told it says it on the app. Well not everyone has the app on their phone or uses the app. U need to put the hours of operation for curbside on your website please. Inconvenience
