In my experience, the majority of employees and customer service representatives at this establishment lack friendliness. If you are seeking assistance, you may need to explore other options beyond the owl. Unfortunately, no one has been able to provide you with the help you require. The only exception was the cashier at the checkout counter, who was the only person who exhibited any level of friendliness. I intend to return to the establishment in the future and give them another chance to improve their customer service.

Please stop trying to be costco and favoring your largely mediocre store brand products while pulling products we've all bought at your stores for years. Sanderson Farms is a decent nationwide chicken distributor. Your hill country whatever chicken is scrawny, chewy and high in fat. And sorry, my cat can definitely tell the difference between Churu and the generic version you guys offer. If you have to remove proven brands to get your own to sell, then you are admitting your products aren't that well liked.

The cashier working this Friday morning the only one working in the 6 AM hour has got to be the only unkind person that works at all of the H-E-B’s. I will let you know what her name is, but she flipped her name tag over after being very rude so that I couldn’t read it.

Like many Texans, I love H-E-B, but their partnership with Favor was a huge mistake! When you’re ordering through the “H-E-B app”, you’re actually ordering through Favor, and if your order is over an hour late, no one at the store can help you. They can’t even see your order! You’ll have to call a 1-800 number and speak to someone that’s nowhere near Texas. You can wait *45 minutes* on hold for someone to tell you that they’ll cancel your order. And then when you call the H-E-B store to complain, they will tell you there is nothing they can do about it! Because even though it says, it’s the “H-E-B app”… It’s not H-E-B. I deleted the H-E-B app.

Me and my family love shopping here! The employees are always on top of everything, I had I believe her name was Malak working with Abdullah, she is great with kids! You can really tell she loves them without faking it. They really are the sweetest kids! They also really made me feel included in their conversation and made me laugh. Produce is always fresh here too. Love HEB! ❤️❤️
