  I want to give my deepest thanks to HEB. 1. I work, I don't have app, pay for things in cash. Restaurants refuse to take my hard earned money when I am very hungry and thirsty diwntown Austin because I have no credit card. HEB provides me delicious sandwiches and other ready to eat meals. People are free to pay by whatever means they want 2. Since I don't have an app, smart phone etc, I pay more , sometimes much more than someone who has smart phone. So I am going more and more to HEB instead of Restaurants. 3. Surveillance shopping is in news. I think HEB does not do this. I won't shop where I know it's being used. I would rather eat out of a dumpster. (And I have money) 4. Convenience stores, pizza chains, food trucks simply do not list prices. At Convenience store, I bring up 8 items, they tell me price, and I take 2 maybe. HEB posts prices!!

  HEB needs to quit you charging people eight dollars for a miniature chopped beef sandwich. I will give Bucces my money all day long. Texas HEB barbecue another disappointment.

  First time there and asked for some chicken. The lady said we don't have chicken, we only have brisket and turkey. So I replied with why call yall selves true texas bbq if yall don't have any chicken? Gotta have chicken when bbqing too, then I just walked away. I was in shock No chicken, but True Texas bbq. HEB I don't know about carrying that title. I had to drive to Round Rock, yall should pay me for my wasted time and gas. 😆

  I was visiting from out of town and stopped to buy flowers at the bloom dept, Marisol went above and beyond to make the simplest rose bouquet into some special, her customer service was exceptional, heb needs more people like her. When an employee goes above an beyond, it makes shopping more fun and makes you wanna go to that store all the time. If you ever need flowers ask for Marisol!!!!!

  This HEB is near the church where we held our 50th wedding anniversary celebration, so I asked the bakery there to do the cake for the event. Nadia did a stunning job! The cake was quite complicated to make -- three tiers, half chocolate and half vanilla, with simple decorations on the chocolate side and very ornate decorations on the vanilla side (representing my husband and myself) and strawberries on top -- one decorated like a white dress and one decorated like a tux. But Nadia did such a great job that it came out fantastic!! She really worked with us to get it exactly how we wanted and when we wanted, even suggesting columns so that we could display the cake early without fear of it sagging. She also made made matching cupcakes so that we would be able to fit the cake into the refrigerator at the venue the day before. I was SO, SO pleased with her work and dedication to making sure we had just the cake we wanted!
