- LBLaWanna BrownAug 15, 20262.0I am extremely disappointed with this Five Guys location, and unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had an issue here. I placed my order and specifically requested what I wanted on my Little Burger. According to my receipt, I NEVER requested bacon. I do not eat pork. Yet when I got home and finally sat down to eat, there was bacon on my burger! Then there were the fries. Once again, they were burnt to a crisp. There was previously one particular employee at this location who seemed to know how to cook the fries properly, but I'm not even sure if he still works there. Otherwise, getting overly cooked or burnt fries has become a recurring problem for me at this location. At that point, I was so frustrated that I threw the entire meal away. The only thing I kept was my cup of ice. What makes this even more aggravating is having to discover these problems after getting all the way home. Turning around, getting back in the car, and driving back to the restaurant because an order wasn't prepared correctly is an unnecessary hassle. I've also noticed a significant difference in the amount of fries being served compared with what Five Guys was once known for, while the prices remain extremely high. If customers are paying premium prices for a burger and fries, the expectation should at least be that the order is correct, the food is properly prepared, and you're receiving reasonable value for what you're paying. I am aware that this location has experienced staffing and management issues and that some employees have chosen to leave. Whatever may be happening internally, however, customers should not continually experience the consequences through inconsistent food quality and incorrectly prepared orders. After multiple disappointing experiences, this was the final one for me. Putting bacon on a burger when bacon was never ordered—especially for a customer who does not eat pork—along with serving burnt fries is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this Five Guys location. I paid for a meal that ended up in the trash.

The entire restaurant seems super clean and well-maintained, from the seating area right up to the counter. The burgers are delicious and consistently good, exactly what you would expect from any top-tier Five Guys location. They serve them fresh, hot, and built just the way you want. Honestly, there are really no negatives to report at all about this visit. The prices feel very reasonable for the quality of the ingredients and the generous portions you get. If you are in the mood for a fast, reliable, and great-tasting burger and fries in a spotlessly clean environment, this location is as solid as it gets!

Ordered through the app Get there and I had to ask for the drink I ordered then I get the burger and it’s dry and way overcooked the app left off my add ins, when I got to the fries they tasted horrible they were NOTHING like my past experiences. Management needs to look how they do business. I don’t live here, if I hadn’t been to other 5 guys I would never go again based on this experience. 22 dollar hamburger that was worse than McDonald’s that sat out for two days!! Threw it away!! Tried to call for manager and the guy asked me three times if I wanted to speak to a manager then puts the phone down and nothing, no manager heard everyone talking but no manager ever picked up after two minutes of waiting I hung up. This is bad!!!
