This location never disappoints. The staff greets upon entry, the place is clean, staff wear hair nets ,food hot and bathrooms clean. I ordered online for takeout but it was so clean I changed my mind.

“I visited the Five Guys location in Pflugerville, Texas, and I was really disappointed with their food safety practices. The cashier, while wearing gloves, handled the register and then went straight to cooking food without changing gloves or sanitizing. This kind of cross-contamination shouldn’t happen. I hope they address this, because I really want to feel safe eating here.”

Daphne and Jet were over the top. Not only was my burger amazing and fries SUPER fresh, they were very kind. They asked me about my day and made the small talk that can be lost in customer service nowadays which was a refreshing pleasure. The place was super clean. Overall a really nice afternoon snack. Thank you guys!

It has been more than a year since we last tried Five Guys and that was in another state and after paying $20 for a Cheeseburger and regular fries and still being asked for a tip even though no service was provided other than taking my order and cooking the food and putting it in a bag so I could carry it to a table and eat the food from the bag. I served myself with ketchup, salt and a plastic knife and fork. It's no longer good value for money. I can get a half pound burger with fries served by a waiter on a plate with a metal knife and fork for the same price at any one of several restaurants.

So today I went to 5 guys to try the viral grilled cheese sandwich add a patty, grilled onions and mayo. I had it made into a combo. My order number was 31. I was waiting and they announced order number 30 and looked right at me, (I had talked to them asking to cut it in half for me after I ordered it) . I accepted the order, by mistake, and walked away trying the fries. It wasn't my order and when I realized, I was very embarrassed. The manager on duty, William, looked at me with aggression and anger saying repeatedly "ARE YOU SERIOUS!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW?!" I had only looked at my receipt once earlier and mistakenly accepted the order before mine. This was in front of a full dining room, including my wife and child. As if I was a bad employee making a mistake that I've made time and time again. I've never been humiliated by a store manager or scolded in such a public way before. I manage 5 clinical research sites and would NEVER treat an employee or participant in such a way. His behavior was rude, insulting and demeaning. I'll never go back to that location again. I had to demand an apology from him because after his rant he turned his back to me and would not acknowledge me again until he had to give me my order. His actions were despicable for an employee, even worse as the manager. I will never return to this location and I will never suggest ANYONE visit this location in the future. I was disgusted at the way I was treated for a mistake as a customer. Not only should he be ashamed at his actions, you should be ashamed for leaving him in charge. I would give 0 stars for service if I could other than the rest of the staff being polite and visually shocked at his response. That's what I get for spending $20 on a burger, fries and drink. I've learned my lesson. Buyer beware of the angry manager on duty.
