The lady the the window was so kind and wonderful. She went WAY beyond her job to make me feel a Lil better and was just so sweet and genuine with her words. She was SO wonderful to me and I'll never forget this visit. You know how you are and I just wanted to THANK YOU for your kindness and words and to let you know you made a difference in my day. You rock!!!

No employees ever showed up, and there was no notice on the door explaining the delay or closure. As a result, I had to drive to a different location to get my coffee, which was extremely inconvenient and caused an unnecessary disruption to my morning. Customers should be able to rely on posted business hours, especially when making a special trip to your store. I am very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and accountability. I hope management investigates this incident and takes appropriate corrective action to ensure it does not happen again.

Instead, they gave me a cup filled with ice that completely watered down my lemonade. The employee said I could get a free upgrade from medium to large for my birthday, but this was just a letdown. I’m upset—I expected better from Dutch Bros..

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
