    This place worker so disrespectful.i tell ladies ice coffee please no Carmel no cream Just coffee and ice then they give to me lot of Carmel and cream,then I return coffee and i tell the guys work inside please iced coffee no Carmel no Cerem He give to me the same coffee I return give me back

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an AMAZING experience at Dutch Bros Coffee! I especially want to recognize Chayton for going above and beyond. I was riding my scooter on an extremely hot day, and he was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He made me an energy drink that was absolutely delicious, and I also tried the Golden Eagle iced coffee, which was seriously one of the best coffees I’ve had! Chayton’s great attitude and customer service made the whole experience even better. Employees like Chayton are what make customers want to come back. He definitely deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service! I highly recommend this Dutch Bros location, and I’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    I’ve been visiting since they opened, and I used to never wait in line. Now, sometimes I’m so far ahead that I can grab my drinks in five minutes and be out the door! This particular location is amazing! When there are 20 cars in front of me, I’m ready to go in five minutes. They’re so quick, so cheerful, and my day is instantly made when they take my order

    We came in today around 9:15 p.m., and the experience was completely different from our visit earlier in the day. The woman who took our order was incredibly passive-aggressive from the moment we walked up. As I was explaining our drink order, she actually laughed at me and acted visibly irritated, making us feel like we were inconveniencing her. What makes this even more frustrating is that this was our second visit that same day. Earlier, the gentleman who helped us was friendly, patient, and even reassured us that our order wasn't complicated since it was our first time ordering that drink. His excellent customer service is the reason we came back in the first place because we loved the drink so much. Unfortunately, this employee completely ruined what had been such a positive experience. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed or mocked for placing an order. I didn't get her name, but she has a tattoo on the inside of her arm elbow pit. I hope management addresses this because one employee's attitude can easily drive customers away.
