  Absolutely ridiculous pricing and completely inconsistent with other Chipotle locations. I ordered 2 honey chicken cups with corn and cheese. The cashier tried charging me almost $13 and was acting confused while calculating the order. I explained that I’ve ordered the exact same thing at other locations many times and it usually comes out around $9 to $10, not bowl pricing for a couple cups and basic toppings. $4.45 per honey chicken cup was not the problem i dont understand why they charging for cheese and corn cup just for $13. Corn and cheese are supposed to be normal toppings, not random extra charges every few seconds. The manager was more understanding than the cashier, but the pricing still made zero sense. I left the store and went to the Manor location afterward and got the exact same order for only $9.63. Management seriously needs to train employees better and keep pricing consistent because this felt like straight overcharging.

  Chipotle Mexican Grill remains one of the most fascinating dining experiences in America because every visit feels like a high-stakes social experiment where you gamble $17 on whether your bowl will be a masterpiece or what appears to be the last scraps cleaned out of a hotel buffet pan. The inconsistency is honestly incredible. One employee hooks you up like they personally care about your wellbeing and suddenly your bowl weighs 11 pounds and requires structural engineering approval. Then the next visit, someone behind the counter acts like the chicken is coming directly out of their personal retirement account. You ask for extra rice and they stare at you like you just requested a kidney. And yeah dude, I know the guacamole is extra, at this point what’s an extra 13 bucks. And let’s not forget the legendary corporate energy of “how can we charge more while giving slightly less and somehow making the portions feel emotionally insulting?” Absolute masterclass. Somewhere in a boardroom, an executive probably called it “optimizing customer value perception,” while the rest of us are squinting into our bowls trying to locate the seven pieces of steak we financed at 14% APR. The best part is the workers know exactly what game is being played. You can literally see customers scanning the line trying to figure out which employee is the generous one before committing. 2 stars.

  This location has fallen off. Came in for lunch at 12:15- every table was dirty & I had to wipe my own table down. The burritos were not wrapped well but I dealt with it as the staff at the front looked so unhappy and I didnt want to speak to them. Very poor experience.

  Food was cold. Ready far before it was supposed to be then left to cool on shelves. Manager said "that's just how it is" Will NOT be back.

  Chicken and veggies overcooked, server gave me half a scoop of rice, no vinaigrette, there was no greeting and store was dirty stacks of quart pans counters not wiped. Tables not cleaned no fresh juices or tea. Seems they were really stuggling
