At this point I had been waiting in my vehicle in the curbside spot for over 10 minutes. Went inside and asked for the manager. The manager, Krystal completed my order but did not offer any apology for the inconvenience. AVOID this location unless you want ZERO customer service. Not worth the cost. Apparently this Christian company hired employees with zero accountability and zero integrity. When I asked for a corporate number they conveniently couldn’t find a card. Also, trying to submit a complaint online or via their app was impossible- it kept rerouting me to my receipt.
