Imagine berating an employee who's just doing their job... over a coffee. The employee stayed professional, but the customer's behavior was completely uncalled for and embarrassing to witness. Great job to all the girlies that were working today!

It allows me to choose the shortest lane ensuring I alwayys get my drink on time, and I remain educated on procedures the employees have to follow! :) Desiree was so nice today helping me out, keep killing it yall!

There was no clear system for managing the lines, and customers were cutting into a second lane with no indication that both lanes were being served simultaneously. As a result, people who had been waiting longer in the first line were overlooked while others who arrived later were helped first. When I asked the employee, Desiree, who was taking orders, why she was assisting someone who had cut ahead, she stated that it was “policy.” However, that policy seems unfair to customers who have been waiting longer. A first-come, first-served system should be applied consistently to ensure everyone is treated fairly. The lack of organization, poor communication, and disregard for waiting customers made for a frustrating experience. This level of customer service is unacceptable and needs improvement.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
