The drinks are delicious at dutch bros and rightfully so but these Peñitas location was rude to me and my sister when we went on 09/30/2026 and the cashier that took our order gave us attitude after we didn't give her a tip. I'm sorry but I'm not going to tip you for just doing your job leave the tips for those that work as waiters and delivery drivers not coffee baristas getting paid by the hour and after we didn't tip the girl she started looking through every color of the straws and gave my sister the green straw for those who don't know each color straw is a compliment and when you get green their telling you your ugly and she gave my sister a green straw after looking through every straw in the box and gave my sister a nasty smirk. It's childish and upsetting and I understand these are all high schoolers working hard for their money but when your an adult already having a bad day and these kids ruin it more it's a fire that take a good day to burn out of how childish and stupid they are. This has been the only complaint I've had for this location any other time they've been great and very nice

What’s the point of allowing people to order through the app and giving them a time for pick up. People show up and you’re still working on their orders. This lady had been waiting for a coffee to be ready since 7:20 am it was 8:10a.m. She was told just like the customer before her their priority is the Drive-Thru since the line is so long! Mine should’ve been ready since 7:58am it is now 8:14am.

I had the pleasure of having my Aftershock drink made by Evangelina, she is an amazing asset to the organization and makes amazing drinks as well! 100/10 recommend this location to everyone and Evangelina deserves a raise! Keep up the great work 💜
