  I approached the lady in glasses who works at 5 pm for help three times, but she kept ignoring me. I asked if the self-checkout was open, but she simply looked at me, said nothing, and looked away. I wanted to buy some hot chicken wings, but I didn’t know how to check out the item. Despite my repeated attempts to ask for assistance, she continued to ignore me. It was the most unhelpful employee I’ve encountered in the grocery store. Everyone else provided excellent service.

  Store itself is great but the employees I’ve encountered twice in the morning lack customer service. They do not like when you need to return Vollemans glass milk jars and if you try before 8AM they will refuse to take them even though the store opens at 6AM.

  No grocery is perfect but the stores in my town are very small and limited in options. The produce is always spoiled. So I drive 40 minutes to Pecos to go to this United instead because they have a much larger selection and everything is much more fresh. The people working there are always so kind and helpful even when they're busy trying to stock shelves. It's also a lot safer than driving to Odessa or Midland.
