  Went to get food at 2am and it took forever and they had put cheese on my sausage egg taco the fries where not cooked all the way and my apple pie was old yeah not going back early in the morning maybe the afternoon shift will be better....!!

  Waited for half an hour with only one car ahead of me just to receive an order with missing items. The job can't be that hard.

  I had the pleasure of Of meeting Donyale"MsDee" at this location. She is the best, makes you feel welcomed to come in. When I first came into the restaurant, she was in the dining area checking on customers, to see if everything ok if they needed anything. She greeted all the customers when they came in. I was amazed at how many customers she knew by name. I came in the next day and she remembered my name, I came back in a week later and she still remembered my name. You can tell by the customers when they come in, how much they adore her.This just shows the passion she has for customers and her job, its next level. I have never been in any restaurant and felt welcomed as this one. You should come by and get the "MsDee" experince at this whataburger. Thank you MsDee! Byron S.

  every single time i come here they mess up my order. every. single.time. never fails. i’m never coming back here. and i’m mad they closed the one closet to pearwood. hire new staff. retrain.

  Tried this location for the first time... worst Whataburger. I went during lunch, when you'd expect everything to be fresh. Yet the fries were cold and stale. The hamburger meat was like shoe leather. So thin, tough and not fresh. Wish I could choose a place to eat over again and not go here.
