Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- GGGeorge GeorgeSep 14, 20261.0This is a very dirty store. Completely unacceptable for a whataburger location. It's like everything has gone downhill the past couple years. This used to be a place where me and my family could come in and have a wonderful experience. But recently we went and all the tables were sticky, floor was dirty and no one was at the front counter. When I asked for a cashier I was ignored. Eventually this girl helped me out but it seemed like she didn't want to do their job. It took 20 minutes just for a whataburger meal and my food was cold. Worst thing is that they forgot my fries. The entire time I saw the teenage employees were playing in the background not doing their jobs and I even saw them on their phones. I went to the restroom the trashcans were overfilling with toilet paper. The was pee all over the toilet completely dirty. The sinks were filthy too and they were out of paper towels. Overall a very bad experience I will never be coming back.
