  Been outside for forty mins waiting on a plain to go order taken through drive thru. Tried to get th3 manager to pay attention and they ignored me.

  I’ve been coming here for many years and from time to time I tried to avoid because I know they absolutely suck but sometimes when you’re hungry and this is the closest option, you decide to give Another chance … don’t make the same mistake and read all the reviews. Everyone is right!! they prepare your food as if they are upset with the world .. u are served with nasty attitudes, inaccurate orders and super long wait times. Every time I come here, I placed my order in advance and it takes them 20+ minutes to after me checking in to receive my orders. Last time I called 1800 Whataburger and they refunded my whole order .. keep complaining because we deserve better in our area.

  My husband and kids love Whataburger. I don't get it I mean it's a burger or it's chicken strips but it's not worth the price. But they love it what can I say.

  Entre al baño mientras espere mi orden cuando salió un muchacho empleado del restaurante que estaba usando el toilet estaba hablando por teléfono. Y ni siquiera se lavo las manos. Eso es asqueroso por mientras estas en el toilet estas usando el teléfono y lo va seguir tocando con sus durante su jornada de trabajo

  So at this location the manager and the staff thinks it’s funny to lie and not take customer’s time into consideration. I was asked to pull up after waiting at the window for about 7 minutes. I ordered a #1 nothing that had to fry. When I was asked to pull up, I stated I rather not because I already been waiting for some time. I was told they have a lot of orders. Silly me didn’t check my rearview mirror because if I did I definitely wouldn’t been pulling up. They like to manipulate the system and lie saying they helped their customers in a fast and friendly matter. When the server came out to give a car to my right their meal I happened to see nobody was behind me. I asked the server why was I asked to move up if nobody is behind me. He smirked and did the usual avoided accountability and just said he was told to tell me that. I asked to speak to the manager because I had been waiting about 10 minutes. The manager comes out trying to justify me being asked to pull up. I informed him I know it’s to manipulate the system in order to get bonuses. That’s when he put it on me and said “well no one can force you to pull up.” Then he said he would speak to staff as if he didn’t know what they were doing smh.
