  We got to the drive thru at 8:15ish (with not a single other car in it) 15 mins after placing an online order and still waited another 10 mins for our food. Not the biggest deal but the woman who handed us the food was not friendly at all, didn’t say a word and had a scowl on her face (We were very polite). And when we received the food it was poorly made. cheese quesadilla had barely any cheese and had seasoned beef on parts of it when I only added chicken (are the utensils dirty?), packaging was barely wrapped and no fork. Will not be coming here again.

  3rd time going to this location, still disappointed. My bean burrito was all tortilla. Seriously there is only 2 tablespoons of beans. 3rd time I asked for onions and red sauce in the burrito, and again left out. I usually drive to the highway 6/288 location because they are always consistent, hot, fresh and packed with beans. I am not one to complain but it is the third tiine. It is consistent, but consistently wrong.(if you see whit in the beans is because I had just added my own HEB chopped onions before I took the pic)

  I’ve been too many Taco Bell’s in Houston and this (BY FAR) is the best one I’ve been too. So pleasant so respectful, and definitely fast. Even the shift lead was caring when I was asking questions. Thank you! Fr, for a pleasant non dramatic experience!

  The manager was very kind and helpful! Clean dining room and calm kitchen even during lunch rush.
