  This is when I would take out my anger on a business over the experience this time something made up for that and that would be the young lady at the counter today from store #3 I went to see the owner or manager not available but should be during business hour in person or by phone but that alright because this young lady has you covered i order the oxtail dinner to go and that where it should have gone to the trash you try and support our own businesses and they in turn think we must automatically accept sub services and product to let that product come out of your kitchen to represent you to me is crazy. No seasoning not even salt and pepper meat was dry and chewy Now i have ordered from here several time and never a problem just took me for a loop when the most expensive item on the menu come out the kitchen like that. Please do better with quality control. I didn't ask or want a refund or another product in place the young lady offer all those thangs she was so accommodating. I just wish we do better and don't take your blessings for granted because I can go where ever I want to with my blessings

  This place is fantastic I got the wing basket with mild sauce and a side of spaghetti. The staff were warm, welcoming, and friendly but that food?! The wings were fried perfectly and fantastically seasoned and with the mild sauce 😋 I dare to say they have Harolds beat by a country mile. Fantastic portions to price Fantastic customer service Phenomenal food Needless to say I'll definitely be back... a lot

  Food was seasoned perfect to me I have high blood pressure so I can't have overly seasoned food this was perfect 👌 I will be a repeated customer I drove from Lake Jackson for that catfish plate and it did not disappoint

  Every time I come here, the spaghetti tastes completely different from the last time. The greens are amazing and the only reason I’m giving a star. The cornbread tastes like it’s been sitting out for too long. EH! I definitely prefer the Westheimer location. I don’t know WHAT this location is on at all!!!!
