  I put in an order in the app and reported that I was there. After over 10 min of no one coming I went through the drive through lane. The car hop came out and said, "I wasn't going to walk out there with the rain" and gave me my food without my receipt. So my food had been ready and my mozzarella sticks were barely warm because she didnt want to walk out in the rain or call me and ask me to drive through to the covered section? I would have moved to the covered section had she asked. I didnt say anything to her, but I am not going back to that sonic.we have better sonics in the area with great employees. Go there instead of this one.

  We waited at least 5 minutes just to have our order taken, then waited at least 10 minutes after it said our order was on the way. The burgers were very sloppy, it looked like they had gone through an earthquake. When I asked the lady why it took so long to get our order after it was supposed to be on the way she said they post that so they won't get in trouble for it taking so long, plus they were trying to clean up so they can get out of there on time. So cleaning before customers. Wil never go back
