  Decided to go to Sonic because of $7 deal but after all it was a big mistake. Order was made wrong to begin with including a drink. I get home and my grandmother couldnt even eat anything it was burnt to a crisp cold had no tomatoes no pickles when i only asked for no onion easy lettuce. My second meal was horrible tots cold burger burnt and chicken was hard and looked like it had been deep fried to warm up. I tried to eat it but couldnt it was awful so we decide to call and immediatley get a response ro call 1800 and get a refund but grannynwas hungry so the mgr offered to replace so I went back and food was ready but honestly it was worse than the first time burgers were both wrong and fries and tots were greasy as can be old grease burgers still burnt and we called asked for a mgr and first it wass a young lady and then it was a man that said she was not the mgr he was but also said to call 1800 number cause he saw and they were fresh. Its sad that you can not get an order correct and that you get called a liar but it doesnt take a genius to see quality of food. I will call 1800 tomorrow again to speak to someone i deserve my money back cause this food was not eatable.

  Lied about the items on the menu and said that what I ordered was not something they sell, I looked it up on their app and boom there was what I asked for.

  Food was ready relatively quickly. It was hard to find a place to park though.
