  By far the worse sonic I’ve ever been to. EVERYTHING was nasty. Burger unseasoned, cold and dry. Fries, OMG old and super greasy. Even my drink. They put a lot of ice when I asked for none. They remade it and it’s supposed to be high see but it had a carbonated taste to it. The Sunday was decent. I went to a location. I’m Baytown which got me hooked, my experience was amazing in Baytown. I’m never going back to this location.

  I pre-ordered pickup using the app. I did so from a parking close by. I arrived just two minutes after I submitted it. I pressed the button in my stall and confirmed my order. At first the order could not be found but within seconds it showed up in their system. Good. Then I waited patiently. Many cars came and went. 15 minutes after the app’s suggested pickup time, I asked again about my order. A minute later it arrived. I have to assume it was just sitting there because the food was cold and the milkshake had mostly melted.

  Who ever hires this people need to be fired. This location has no energy to operate. Never coming back here.

  Really like this sonic. Food is great and the service is great too. Usually order on line, and food is ready when I arrive
