  We wait in drive through for 10 min at the ordering post with no one in line and the people over the microphone giggling. I called in the store and asked for the manager. The told me they were the manager but clearly I could tell that the person was impaired or disable impaired in some kind of way. This makes no sense. I’m going to put in a complaint to corporate, ftc, and BBB because I know there is no way corporate knows this company is being ran this way

  If I could leave zero stars, I would. The service at this location is unacceptable. I placed a curbside pick up order that was supposed to be ready at 2:59 PM. I checked in and waited 20 minutes, And they brought someone else’s food out. When the girl came out, I asked her about my order and told her that I’ve been waiting and she said that she’d go check. Another 20 minutes goes by and I still never received my food or any assistance. I was so furious that I left, because at that point, I don’t even want the food anymore. I called the number listed for their location and the lady over the phone told me that I would have to go to the location to get my money back. Why would I want to go back there? 0/10, will not ever be returning.

  Great customer service. I love a friendly staff. Those cheddR poppers tasted really good today. I wonder if the recipe was changed because I don't remember them being so big and creamy.

  do NOT come here. customer service is terrible. the old lady at the drive thru tonight (6/9/26 @910) was so rude. messed up the order. we waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes just for a messed up order. will not be back.

  Slowest location ever! Waited 30 min for a mobile order. Order was completely wrong! Waited another 30 minutes to get it remade!! Had to go up to the door twice several other customers were in and out but making my burger that they incorrectly made was not a priority. No apologies or anything. Ridiculous! Won’t be back to this location. 1 hour for a mobile order of a burger is insane
