  We ordered from happy hour the brisket queso was salty, my Margarita came out with salt on it, I asked for Sugar. They just poured it in another cup and added sugar on the rim which made it salty so that was a lot of salt and I have high blood pressure. The cheese sticks weren’t good at all

  Very Disappointing Experience at Saltgrass Steak House We went to Saltgrass Steak House today expecting to enjoy a good meal, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. For appetizers, we ordered the Range Rattlers and the brisket queso fresco dip. They were okay, but the cheese dip was a little too salty. For our main course, we ordered chicken-fried chicken, ribs and shrimp, and blackened redfish. The meal came with soup, and the chicken tortilla soup was terrible. It tasted like watered-down salt water, had a strange smell, and barely seemed to have any chicken in it. We couldn’t even eat it. The worst part was the blackened redfish. As soon as it arrived, it had a very unpleasant smell. We immediately brought it to the manager’s attention, expecting him to take our concern seriously. Instead, he claimed the smell was coming from the crab and refused to even smell the fish himself. He made it seem as though this was normal for seafood. I love seafood and know that it should not have a strong, unpleasant odor. What disappointed me the most was not just the food, but the manager’s dismissive attitude and unwillingness to take our concerns seriously. To make matters worse, after I got home, I started experiencing severe stomach cramps. I cannot say for certain what caused them, but given the experience we had with the food, I am very concerned. A restaurant should care about the quality and freshness of its food and take customers’ concerns seriously, especially when it comes to something that smells wrong. Unfortunately, our experience at Saltgrass Steak House was unacceptable, and the way management handled the situation made it even worse. Based on this experience, I would think twice before returning.

  We absolutely loved our experience at Salt Grass Steak House! Our server was Ms. Rita and she was so kind and attentive. The food was amazing and we loved the atmosphere. We will be back!

  Although we prefer to sit at the bar, the table service was all good. Chris D was an exceptional server. He was there at our every need. He offered suggestions when said I didn’t want brown liquor. Just an all around good experience and I’m glad we did table service today.

  The experience was awful, especially the food. Both managers were completely useless when it came to helping the customer. The manager with the curls was particularly disrespectful and sassy. The food tasted like rubber, and the sweet potatoes were like a block of cheese. I would not recommend this place. I also asked for the District manager’s number three times, but they ignored me.
