  My grandson and I had reservations for 1:30 at the Pearland location on Sunday June 28 2026. When we got there we checked in and the lady told me it will be about 5 minutes. I said ok and stood to the side and waited. At least three groups of people came in and they seated them. I went up there and asked her what happened to my reservation she said are you Juda I said yes so she said follow me. She sit us at a table that was under a vent that was blowing so hard it was blowing the napkins off the table. I moved to the other side of the table but it was still uncomfortable so my grandson asked if we go sit at another table. At first the waiter said there was no other table available so I said we cannot sit here it’s just won’t work. So he told us if we could wait a few minutes another table would become available. So we went back up front and waited until they seated us again which was much better. We were there about 90 minutes and they did not sit anyone else at that table. My point is did they know that table was unacceptable and why did they seat us there?

  Nicki was absolutely the best waitress ever. My husband and I took out friend Tom and his wife out for Tom's 92th birthday. He has eaten at numerous #1 steak House across the world. He says this is by far the best steak he had ever eaten, he says it melted in his mouth, no steak knife required. Everyone had filets and all were cooked to perfection. We highly recommend this for act occasion. Thank you for making his birthday special.

  Customer service took forever to answer the phone call. I literally got there and they took another 10 minutes to give me the cake so a total of 30 minutes waiting to receive the two carrot cakes. I placed the order on there’s a finger mark on the cake, no forks, no napkins come on man

  They don't do curbside pickup anymore. Im on a walker and the employee was kind enough to bring it to my vehicle. I had to pay cash but that was okay. The food to me wasn't what use to be.bthe salad was small compared to what you receive when you eat on the condiments were 1 each and the meat was red I had ordered a medium well. There was no taste to the meat as well. This is my favorite restaurant, but I was disappointed this time. Will try again.

  Tonight was my second or third taking my family. I did an online reservation and mentioned it was my father's birthday and no one wished him a happy birthday. Not only that, of the 3 adult meals and 1 child meal, the only food that came out hot was the shrimp and the kids pizza. All of the sides and two of the main dishes were room temperature, at best. We're a family who is grateful for what we have and not ones to complain or make things complicated, but I thought it was worthwhile to share feedback, since there didn't seem to be any other way to do it. We mentioned that the sides were not hot, and our server, Austin, didn't do anything to remediate. He also mentioned a military discount for my father, but never applied it. Our past visits were good, with yummy food. Tonight was pretty darn disappointing. A "cold" meal for a veteran on his birthday is not what we've experienced in the past and hope to never experience again. I don't think it'll be worth trying this location again after this experience.
