  The employees are nice and they are generous with the toppings...so much better than the store near 288....and the pizza is usually ready quicker than the other place, too.

  Riqqayyah was excellent from the moment I entered the store. She promptly took my order after explaining the specials as requested. I was VERY disappointed in the serving size of ham which was smaller than ALL the other vegetables on my pizza. The franchise owner Avis is penny pinching so hard by cutting the ham into thin slices that it ruined the overall experience ( outside of the pizza being slightly undercooked). If the ham was a circular piece is was most likely cut down into at least 5 slices. @Pizzahut you need to check on this franchise because he is putting a bad stain on your name. I was in Houston for four days during a convention and would not recommend this location as a matter of fact I would recommend Dominoes instead who offers unlimited toppings for the same 9.99 versus the 3 from Pizza Hut.

  Pizza Hut Shawn- cook was nice but I ordered a paid for a thin crust with hamburger and pork sausage. INSTEAD I was given a small portion of a combination blend and NOT the actual pork sausage and beef hamburger meat. Being I was in a hotel on the other side of town!!! This pizza and the experience was a night mare! I am so disappointed and did not enjoy nor eat but a couple pieces of the pizza because it was NOT what I ordered nor paid for NOR did it taste like( the combination blend) In my line of business this is considered a violation of the DECEPTIVE TRADE ACT- a failure to disclose to me in advance that I would not be receiving the meats I ordered BUT instead a combination blend! YOu failed to make my pizza a thin crust as requested and also repeated by Riqqayyah when she took my order. Am attaching my receipt and photo of my pizza Avis- the franchise owner should be ashamed to be a part of Pizza Hut because his location is NOT fit to be meet the standards and expectations of what I always receive from my Dallas locations! I have NEVER had such a terrible experience and I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE anyone visiting HOUSTON or living close to this location- DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION! We selected it because it was close to the walmart location that we were visiting and we are not familiar with HOUSTON area and in town for a conference! Riqqayyah -Great personality and good customer service! Who placed the order correct BUT it went down hill from there!
