We brought a party of ten family members together to celebrate a major family accomplishment. We were looking forward to enjoying some good pizza, great company, and a memorable celebration. Unfortunately, the food was memorable for all the wrong reasons! We've all had pizza before, so we certainly know what to expect. But I must say, the pizza was absolutely horrible! Most of us barely ate two slices. Even adding Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes couldn't rescue the flavor. As for the wings, We managed to eat about two, and they were barely average. We chose not to complain because we didn't want to give anyone a hard time or allow the disappointing food to overshadow our family celebration. Now, let me tell you about JEWELS! This young lady was, without question, the absolute BEST thing about this establishment! Her name couldn't be more fitting because Jewels is truly a GEM! Her service was impeccable. She was attentive, considerate, accommodating, and genuinely caring. Her warm, lively, and engaging personality made our experience enjoyable despite the disappointing food. From beginning to end, she went above and beyond to make our family feel welcomed and appreciated. In fact, we were so impressed with her service that we made sure to give our tips directly to her. She deserved every penny! I would strongly encourage Jewels to take her exceptional customer service skills somewhere that truly complements her talents. Any restaurant would be fortunate to have her representing its establishment. As for the restaurant itself, we will NEVER return. The food was a tremendous disappointment, but Jewels was the shining star of the entire experience. Five stars for Jewels. The food... no stars!

Ordered online for carry out after a text for hut member coupon. After I paid in store the lady said no more roasted peppers as I had ordered so they decided to put green bell peppers instead on my pizza.. there were other people as it was a Friday night around 6:30 pm so I just took the pizza and left. Didn’t bother to call or let me know item I ordered online wasn’t able to be made.. first time ordering in about a year as I was highly unsatisfied last time. Customer service here still is terrible.

No stars for food as we never got any. Not incredibly busy, wait staff so unprofessional had no clue, table of 6 barely got drinks no one even attempted to take our order. We asked 3 different staff to take our order. Nothing. So disappointing this was a go to pizza an drink spot. Now. Never going back.
