  I really like coming here to study, especially during finals season because the seating is comfortable and the overall vibe is cozy and perfect for focusing. That is honestly why I keep coming back, but my experience with the staff tonight was frustrating and disappointing. Around 7:40 PM on May 3rd, I was standing at the counter waiting to order and I was the only person there. At least five staff members walked past me, made eye contact, and did not acknowledge me at all. It did not seem busy, so it was confusing to just be ignored like that. Even a quick “we will be right with you” would have made a difference. After waiting for a while, I finally had to say “ma’am” to get someone’s attention. The staff member who helped me, she had black hair, seemed visibly annoyed, which honestly caught me off guard. I was just trying to grab a quick snack so I could get back to studying for finals, and I was paying with cash so the self service machine was not an option. I work in the restaurant industry too, so I understand that not every moment is easy, but basic acknowledgment and a polite attitude go a long way, especially when it is not busy. I really do like this place, but experiences like this make it harder to want to come back.

  I ordered 10 cinnamon crunch bagels. Almost ate one of them when I noticed a strand of hair on it. Threw the whole plate away and went to check the others. Found another strand of hair on another bagel and decided to throw the whole order in the trash. Yeah, I'm never going to this location again.

  There is no one ever in the front. You place an order via tablets but you don’t get a coffee cup unless you find someone and tell them I placed an order, can I please get a coffee cup. All the coffees are always cold and if asked to brew fresh coffee, you’re shown there microwave to heat it! The canister containing almond milk was empty and when I asked for it. I was told they don’t carry it, when I showed them, this is one is empty, then they brought it out. Worst Panera outlet ever. I am a regular with Panera (have sip club) and we always dread if we have to go to this location. Other locations are absolutely amazing.
