  The worst service in the world. I wonder why—specifically at *this* McDonald's—everything runs so poorly; they treat you terribly—assuming they even get around to serving you at all—since you walk in and they simply ignore you. To top it all off, you order your food one way, and they prepare it however they feel like, only for you to realize the mess they’ve made once you get home—forcing you to drive all the way back there because, quite simply, it isn't what you ordered. How pathetic. This place has been notorious for bad service for years, especially compared to other McDonald's locations. And that’s not even counting how disgusting and filthy the place is. They need to replace the manager—urgently! Pathetic!

  Place is always dirty and service always slow. The employees are too busy talking to eachother to get orders out in a timely manner.

  The Black manager acts like ketchup packets come out of her paycheck. Every single customer has to verbally ask for ketchup when they order fries. I can't believe they don't just put it in the bag. All dine-in is served in paper bags, so the tables are always dirty. Why aren't trays provided so the tables would be clean. No common sense from the management.

  This place is a disaster. You never know if you’re going to get halfway decent service or terrible. Today I took my son to lunch here. The play place was disgusting. A manager wandered into the play place and noticed the same thing. Went to go tell an employee who was cleaning to come clean the play place seating area. She obviously had an issue with this and raised her fist like she was going to hit him when he turned his back. Not to mention they have you use the kiosk to order, take a table tent, then 20 minutes later come walking back with no food and ask if I’m number 28 when I say yes they say “oh your food up front” I’ll just continue to drive the extra distance and got to the Cullen location.

  I just left McDonalds on main st in Pearland and I have NEVER been so mad at how I was treated and what my food looked like when I got it. (See photo below) I ordered the Big Arch meal and I what I got was not a hamburger but a pile of what should be a hamburger. I had to eat it with a knife and fork it was so messy. I have lived in Pearland nearly 50 and I even worked at this McDonalds back in high school and I have never been so disappointed in a McDonalds in my life. I called the store to tell them and the manager acted like she didn't care what I had to say or what happened. I will never go back to this store ever again.
