    I went through the drive-thru and the woman with the face tattoo was rude and unprofessional. When she asked if I had ordered a macchiato, I politely explained that I had actually ordered a mocha. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, she spoke to me in a condescending way, as if I didn’t know the difference between the two drinks. There was no apology for the mix-up, no “thank you,” and very little acknowledgment of me in general. I worked in fast food for seven years, so I understand mixing up an order. What I don’t understand is treating a customer as though they’re unintelligent for politely pointing out an error. It’s important just to get the right food to the customer and keep it pushing, no need to be aggressive! it’s not that deep!

    Terrible McDonald's . Worst customer service in the entire city They literally will take 12 -15 minutes at the drive-thru just to even take your order then when you get to the window and they mix up your order they just closed the window in your face and go take another 12 minutes and try to figure it out

    This location is the worst..I went through the drive-thru and order the kids meal cheeseburger with an unsweet tea and I get to the window and it's a young lady working at the window she opened up the tea container to show the other employees in the building that it was something wrong obviously with the tea so she went to go exchange the tea and brought back tea which I'm thinking that the tea is clean but when I get to my food and ate my food and drink my tea it had trash debris in the bottom of my cup. Which cause my stomach aches and diarrhea later. The men employees at this location the lady was showing them the tea and they had no concern or no concern to even help her from their face expressions.. left the lady alone to handle the issue by herself. I would have preferred if she told me that the yes was old and to give me a soft drink. The employees at this location is very lazy. Also when I went to eat my burger, my burger didn't have any cheese on it with my order. I won't come back. I live in the area and won't recommend others to eat here.

    During my visit, Tam behaved in a manner that I found unprofessional and inappropriate for a customer-service environment. She was speaking very loudly about topics that were not appropriate for customers to hear, and she repeatedly used profanity while on duty. In addition, her attitude toward customers was rude and disrespectful, which made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. I believe employees should maintain a professional and respectful demeanor while representing the restaurant. The behavior I witnessed reflected poorly on the establishment and created an unwelcoming atmosphere. I hope this matter will be reviewed and addressed appropriately to help ensure a better experience for future customers.

    The drive thru line was so backed up, and the manager was having a major attitude 🙄. After I paid for my food I ask the lady may I have tarter sauce on the side. She told me to tell them at the second window. When I made it to the second window, I asked the young man may I have some tarter sauce on the side. He went to get from the back and told the manager what I needed and her response was " FOR WHAT!" . I was too through after that. I asked the drive thru person was it a problem that I asked for tarter sauce?? The lady said it was not her problem the line was backed up and she continued to to complain. I just took my food and left. I should've got my money back for poor service, but I was hungry. I won't ever go to that McDonald's again after this incident.
