I placed an order two weeks ago for six kolache’s two or the cheese kolache‘s and two sausage gravy kolache. I was told that they were just coming out of the oven cool not a big deal. They gave me the bag when I got home. The cheese kolaches had no cheese in it. They were all over the bottom of the bag and the two sausage gravy kolaches when I’ve been into them the dough was still raw, and the sausage gravy was still frozen. I called and asked to speak to the manager. I was told she was on a meeting over the phone so I gave my number and name and asked for her to call me back an hour and a half later still hadn’t received phone call so I called again and they told me she wasn’t there so the next day I called to speak to her and again was told she was not there left my name and number again called again the following day same thing she was not there if she doesn’t wanna do her job then if she needs to find another one and let somebody that can do the job correctly take over
