  I’m writing this as someone who enjoyed this restaurant years ago and wanted to support their recent marketing push. Sadly, the service failed to match the social media hype. On Sunday June 21st around 8pm we were seated and then completely ignored for maybe close to 15 minutes, even though the dining room was quiet. It was frustrating to watch staff prioritize clearing condiment bottles over acknowledging seated guests, and even more so to see the owner focused on socializing at the bar rather than ensuring the dining room was running smoothly. Service training and a stronger floor presence from management are definitely needed to fix these gaps."

  Nice place! BUT! THE WAITRESS OVERCHARGED US ON PURPOSE WE NEVER ASKES FOR DOUBLE BUT WERE XHARHED FOR DOUBLES. WHEN SHE ASKED I SPECIFICALLY SAID SINGLES BUT WHEN WE FOT THE BILL SHE CHARGED US FOR DOUBLES ON EVERY DANG DRINK! HORRIBLE!

  Just left from taking my husband and our daughter to KNP for Father's Day brunch. Our server, I believe her name is Milan, was so sweet and very nice. (The 5 star service is only because of her) We ordered boneless wings, catfish and grits and chicken and waffles. My daughter's wings came out first and about 10 minutes later my chicken and waffles. I wasn't thrilled that my husband's food had not arrived but I was hoping within minutes his catfish and grits would come. As I had that thought he stated he didn't want it anymore and I knew he was frustrated with the delay in our full order arriving. I went to a lady who I thought was perhaps the manager or a lead of some sort as I saw her checking on tables. While she had a pleasant demeanor, when I advised what we had experienced she didn't offer an apology. She said ok and said she would get our server. When I sat back down I noticed she was just standing there so I went back to look for our server as we just ready to pay and leave. She asks me again which table I was at and it was at that moment I became upset. I asked her, " so you're not going to even offer an apology, you just keep saying ok." She says, Im trying to figure out which table you're at. The choice words I wanted to throw at her, but I just walked away. Our server came to the table and as expected she was wonderful. Things happen in the kitchen, delays occur and people feel slighted but I wasn't about to take that out on her. She gave us our bill and as we were leaving the owner came by to address us and he was also very kind and attentive. This was our first time patronizing and while there were some issues it didn't deter me from coming back. I would suggest that the woman we interacted it with, whomever she is and whatever her role is, really needs to work on her customer service, conflict resolution skills and customer engagement as she and she alone is the only thing that put dent in our visit. I want to point out that there really is a great staff of people there, I saw them taking care of customers and working hard to provide a great experience but one weak link can spoil it for everyone. I honestly hope the woman we interacted with works to improve her skills as when I do go back to give it another try I will avoid her at all costs. I want to be clear that the 2 star overall is strictly because of the lady being dismissive and just unaware of her impact on making a bad situation worse.

  Me and Paul have been friends for 15+ years the man is A One as a person and a business owner Keep up the great work I’ve found a new place to frequent regularly now that I’m close to retirement!! YAY

  KnP social never disappoints. First time going to KnP I was myself and the coaches from my son's football team . We had a private area where we could eat drink and talk strategy. I was pleasantly surprised. Came back multiple time since them. My go to meal are the firecracker shrimp and my drink is grandma's twisted peach tea. I definitely rate KnP a 5/5 experience and vibe.
