  Such a beautiful vibe !!! The staff is definitely top tier!! Excellent service always. Food, drinks, music are always on point. I always have a great time and don’t want to leave .. lol . Keep up the great work !! Until next time 🤗

  Visited KNP for the first time about month ago on a Saturday night for a birthday party and had wonderful time. My mom and I decided to stop by today and see what the day time vibe was like. To our surprise they had a fantastic Social hour menu with drinks and food at a super affordable price. I ordered the Social Rita with an order of chicken wings, which were both really good 🔥 Overall this place is a total vibe and also kid/family friendly !

  Didn't start out on a good foot, but the finish was everything. Walked into the establishment and it was a great vibe walking in. Hostess seated us almost immediately. We were a bit concerned about the service initially as no one came over to serve us but found out the hostess accidentally seated us in an area that was not being serviced at the time and the Owner (Paul) came over and apologized for the mistake. I for one would never judge based on one mistake--doubt anyone reading this is mistake free. For me, it is how do you respond to or rectify the mistake. They more than made up for it! Paul allowed us to remain seated in the seats we were in given we liked the table and assigned a waitress to us--Ami. And Ami was absolutely amazing! Free spirited, friendly, helpful and attentive. Ami turned around our first impressions 180 degrees. From that point on our experience was wonderful. Food came out in a timely manner and everything we ordered we enjoyed. Bang bang shrimp, Boudin egg rolls, Chicken & Waffles and Burger with fries. All of our food was great and the vibe in the space was fabulous too. DJ was good at mixing up music that complimented the Good Vibes atmosphere. Want to thank Paul and Ami who was amazing for their attentiveness, as we found us another great spot to eat in Pearland.

  Great music, good food, inconsistent service. I’ve come here a few times and the music has always been amazing, whether DJ or live band. However, out of the times I’ve been, when I’ve sat at a table I’ve never been acknowledged within the first five minutes and it’s never been busy. Most of the staff were chatting with other coworkers, standing around, or on their phones. Today was not busy at 645 pm. I set a timer after we got our table for two. After ten minutes, I complained but we decided to leave anyway.

  Ok, here we go. I don't write bad reviews. If I go somewhere and I don't have a good time I write it off on my vibes at the time, BUT I hate to do this. My husband and I was invited out to KNP with friends. My husband made reservations because we heard they had a live band. A+ for the band. On getting there we were greeted by a young lady who was very helpful even though we could hardly hear each other for the band. Got to our table and my husband friend that invited us out was there and he didn't look happy. As a matter of fact he wasn't the entire time we were there. I'll tell you that later. On ordering our drinks I ordered a lemon drop. It was prepared right but the server made it right at no extra charge a + for me. The food I thought took a long time we only ordered nachos. We had more, more nachos than meat and cheese - in my book for that price. Over all my husband and I had an OK date night at KNP Social. It's not a place I would go back to. SORRY.... BUT I found out when we left why my husband friend did enjoy himself from the time he walked in the door until he left. Found out the Chinese lady at the door didn't believe he had a RSVP and left him standing there while she served 3 other customers. So when he spoke to her again about it she told him.. AS YOU CAN SEE WE ARE BUSY. WELL . He told her I have a reservation, she finally sit him. He was there 20 minutes B4 we got there and NO ONE offered him a glass of water or ask to serve him. It wasn't till we got there the server came right over with 2 pitches of water and cups. Okkkk. Now when they order their food I think they had wings. The wings came out with the seasoning in a small cup or something. They sent it back. Ok now here come the young man to clear out table . He was trying to take too much at one time. My husband told him to balance it better or come back for the rest.... Oh noooo he said HE GOT IT... Guess what, he WASTED a cup of RANCH DRESSING ALL over my husband friend. Now my husband friend is VERY LOW KEY and quite talker and I don't know what was said but for all this to happen on a night out with friends should not be. Starting with the RUDE CHINESE LADY at the door to the wrong food coming out to wasting ranch dressing all over you is not acceptable to me. Like I said earlier I don't give bad reviews if I didn't enjoy myself I just never go back. THIS made upset me because I was wondering why he was sitting and looking unhappy. He stayed because he invited us out and wanted us to have a good time. Well KNP I'm sorry but that was our last time. I know our little coins don't break you guys but word of mouth will. I believe in good customer service because I work with the public. WE STILL TIPPED OUR SERVER because the problem wasn't her.
