  The worst Jamba I have ever been to and I’ve gone to Jamba in 5 different states this is the only one I’ve ever been to where you can’t buy a Belgium waffle by itself the staff was also not great

  I'd like to start by saying although this was the worst experience I've had at a Jamba juice location, the worker who was in there completely alone managed the situation as best she could. However she took orders, accepted payment,and made orders all with the same pair of gloves! I ordered an acai primo bowl, that by the time I received it was completely liquid! After waiting 45 mins for my order I was disappointed

  I came in to order a Chunky Strawberry Bowl, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, we were not greeted, and there was only one staff member working. I understand being short-staffed and don’t mind waiting for my order. However, I became concerned when I noticed the employee moving between different stations and handling the cash register without changing her gloves. I also observed her cutting a banana directly on the counter, which raised additional sanitation concerns. My bowl was not supposed to contain blueberries, yet they were included. The fruit did not appear fresh, and the outside of the bowl was sticky and smeared with what appeared to be residue from previous handling. For this location to succeed, I would strongly recommend retraining the entire team on customer service, food safety, and sanitation practices. Greeting customers, maintaining proper hygiene standards, and providing a positive customer experience are all essential. Additionally, it is not professional to vent to customers about how poorly business is doing. Hearing staff discuss operational struggles with customers does not inspire confidence and suggests a need for stronger leadership and team development. Overall, this visit fell far below expectations, and I hope management takes the necessary steps to improve the customer experience.

  Went there last week to try it out we weren’t greeted then when I tried to order they didn’t have bananas or strawberries didn’t offer an alternative I had to ask her. Then I said never mind and walked out.

  if i could give this place zero stars, i would. the customer service was absolutely terrible. i went in today expecting a normal experience, but the girl behind the register was incredibly rude and had a nasty attitude from the moment i walked up.i understand everyone has bad days, but there’s no reason to treat customers with disrespect. a simple greeting and basic courtesy go a long way. unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.
