    I asked three different workers to assist me to find their key lime pie.But all three of them ignored m e.Look me looked me in the eye and didn't care to assist.Instead, they told me to just go look around the corner.When I looked, they visibly were watching me could see that I didn't find what I needed.And did not care to help or assist, they continued about their doing duties, awful customer service.

    I stopped by H-E-B after work today to pick up a few things. I bagged most of my groceries myself, but the cashier finished up and asked if I wanted a paper bag. He put my bread, Oreos, tuna, and a few other items in it. As he handed it to me, the bag split down the side. Instead of replacing it, he pushed the torn bag toward me and said, "Be careful, the bag is split." Now, I work at Trader Joe's, where bagging groceries is something we take pride in. My coworkers and I are constantly recognized for the care we put into bagging customers' groceries. If a bag tears, we replace it. If something is too heavy, we double-bag it. We don't hand customers a problem and send them on their way. The issue wasn't that the bag tore. Bags fail sometimes. The issue was that the cashier knew it was torn and still expected me to deal with it. On my way out, I politely pulled the manager aside and explained what happened. Customer service isn't just about ringing up groceries—it's about taking ownership and making things right when something goes wrong. Maybe it's because of where I work, but I believe the little things matter. Sometimes a torn grocery bag says a lot about a store's commitment to customer service.

    I placed a curbside order and paid the fee to have it ready at a specific time. There system did not notify me my order was ready nor some of my items where out of stock. When a lead by the name of Lis called and stated my order was ready and i needed to pick it. I come to store still unable to check in to pick up my order another employee check me in once my items were brought out i notice i was missing some items. I notify her and she went back another guy came out and said he couldn't help the lead by the name of Lis came outside screaming she was also a couponer and know how this works and gave me a huge story and but what was not okay that she said : we had to mark thing out of stock for the customers ( I guess i'm not a customer according to her) . There is way to speak to customer and find ways to help if there system would have notify me that my items where out of stock i would called and cancelled. I still got a good deal but the was this Curbside Lead name Lis spoke to me and approached the situation was super unprofessional
