- HRHill RougAug 20, 20265.0HEB will never ever disappoint me, they have everything I need for a very reasonable price. Cashier's and personal in general are very friendly, helpful and polite. Thanks to HEB many of us can still have a very decent affordable meal.

The gentleman at the balloon section had idea what to do so he called another woman over, pictured here, to ask her advice. He asked her, “how much do you think for this one?” She thought for a second and immediately said, “$8.65” I looked back down at the very clearly posted pricing sheet sitting on the table, recognizing that she hadn’t even referenced the sheet, just made up a price. I pointed out that the number she gave was not what was shown on the paper, she then said, “oh, well that’s what it is.” I asked why would the listed price show something different? She continued to get agitated and simply said, “we need to update that then, because you’ll have to pay $8.65.” The 2 year old we’re purchasing the birthday balloon for is all but crying at this point, my husband and I decide this is enough, we will just take the balloon you’ve randomly conjuring up a price for. I will add that the very same little school bus balloon we brought in, was being sold right there in store with a bouquet of others for about $10. She told us we’d need to pay $9 to have the one balloon blown up. I updated to show the balloon upon pickup. Seems intentionally tied in the incorrect place and has almost no air in it.

She called me to complain that I didn’t tip her and that she had to deliver my order. So I went to make sure she was at the right apartment she wasn’t so I guided her to the right stairs. Helped bring up groceries by bringing up 3 cases of water since she didn’t feel like bringing them up without a tip. Just for Talia to decide to leave the remaining groceries at the bottom step on the first floor without letting anyone know. All this because she felt like she should’ve been tipped which made her customer service wane. I am not happy with helping someone do their job and for them to still not deliver great service
