- JCJonathan CL4 days ago1.0It makes no sense that H-E-B leaves the beer and wine aisles completely open on Sunday mornings before 10:00 a.m., just to deny you the sale at the register because of Texas laws. If you can't sell it, block or close the aisles so you don't mislead customers and foreign visitors who aren't familiar with these ridiculous rules. Very frustrating experience.😒😒😒 Es una pésima experiencia que tengan los pasillos de vino y cerveza completamente abiertos y accesibles a los clientes un domingo antes de las 10:00 a.m., para que al llegar a la caja te nieguen la venta por sus leyes absurdas. Si la ley prohíbe vender a esa hora, lo lógico es que bloqueen o cierren los pasillos desde temprano y no hagan perder el tiempo a la gente, especialmente a visitantes extranjeros que no conocen estas regulaciones tan tontas. Pésima organización

The team member, Axel who brought my items out was very polite and loaded everything carefully into my car. All of my items were correct and fresh. This service saved me so much time, and I will definitely use it again.

In self check out when you decided to reset 1 of the two kiosks.. it would be courteous to let the person that loaded up the conveyor with 2 kids shift over to the other lane instead of letting 4 customers pass through. Last suggestion - when the customer waiting for 7 min watching the others get checked out (me) asks if we should move, THE ANSWER SHOULD NEVER BE - “You Can” while insinuating to get out of her line and into another section.
