The HEB at Pearland Pkwy is always very clean, not alot of carts all over the place & great employees which tells me there must be awesome mgmt. I used to live on this side of town and miss going in more often, but I wanted to give my 5 stars and I always tell all the cashiers that they work at the best HEB ......THANK YOU
- RBRimona BeverlyJul 1, 20261.0So I have been a HEB customers for years and love the curbside service for easy pickup since I work long hours…which brings me to today I had a curbside pickup an it was scheduled for 8:30 I came at 7:44 early as I normally do since I get maybe 1 item or 2 an it’s always brought to me early since it’s so small well today i order a pre made birthday for my daughter birthday an I came early to get it so I could surprise her upon coming home an I was greeted with rude customer service from the attendant….I cancelled my order an I probably won’t be back to shop again as I simply just wanted to pick up a cake after working a 12 hour shift an extremely tired you would think curbside pickup would be a good option for you…you would think showing up early would be a great but it doesn’t mean anything…

The workers are by far some of the worst ive interacted with in my whole life. I don't expect bright eyes and a smile but I do expect common courtsey. I wish I didn't have to give out a warning like this, but skip this one and go to El-dorado & 45. Its bigger and the employees are better.

I chose the best package at that, too because some were not looking too FRESH! Well I had to RETURN the meat package because it SMELLED bad as I was separating the meat slices!!! Very disappointed in the MEAT DEPT at this HEB NOT CARING about people’s HEALTH and QUALITY CONTROL!
